I don’t usually write reviews, but I definitely had to write one for this staff. My fiancé proposed to me with a ring from there, which in my opinion (I could be biased 😂) is the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen in my life. He found this place, because both of his brothers and his sister got their engagement rings and wedding bands from this spot. His whole family raves about the staff who is so helpful and also funny. I went in a couple weeks after he proposed to get it sized, and when I walked in I instantly loved it. I personally love small local businesses, especially family businesses, because they’re so unique and just a more personal experience. The whole staff was cracking me up and were so sweet. We didn’t know how long it would take, but we had to go to NY the next day so he finished it in like 2 hours! He knew instantly I only needed to go smaller by a 1/4 size but didn’t give me any issue and completed it so quickly. It fits like a glove and they cleaned it for us! Julia also is AMAZING. She has the best memory and asked us about everyone that she’s helped in his family and let us just try on wedding bands for fun (which we now both want one from there when it gets closer)....

What is so amazing to me is that there is a very large selection of Gold links and Diamond patterns. Plus you can customize your jewelry. What is very impressive is that the entire staff is very knowledgeable about their products. Their sole interest is making sure you are satisfied with your selection. There is none of that rushed to sale stuff going on just genuine service and a vested interest in what you want.

Another point is the availability of payment options. For a guy like me with competing expenses having access to extra payment options is a plus.

In a nutshell, I have been a customer for over a year. I enjoy the atmosphere and the people. Folks are very personable. No one there has ever had a bad day. The vibe is positive.
