I went with my kiddos after church so I expected the wait. It wasn't too bad. The host was a bit distracted, she never made eye contact, but the waitress was great. The food, as always, was exactly what we wanted. The kids ordered carbs with a side of sugar and I tried the new poblano omelette which was very good. There's a small kick if you don't eat hot food, but to me it just tasted fresh. The only thing that bothered me was the women's bathroom. They only have two stalls, one of them is the handicapped one and the baby's changing table is there. This is something that has always bothered me. I don't have young children anymore, but I would hate to be the mom with a fussy baby looking like the jerk for wishing the handicapped person would hurry up. Or vice versa. The handicapped person waiting for the mom taking forever to change their baby. That might just be me though. I think they were going through some renovations because the door to the stall was a bit crooked and the sinks looked new. The sheet rock on the ceiling had also not been painted so it looked bad. Aside from the bathroom, the service and the food were good.

Good evening Google Family. I visited for the first time today. I decided to eat here after my incredible workout at the Edge fitness Club. When I arrived, I waited to be seated, not like at the IHOP in Upper Darby, you wait there all day and no one comes to seat you. I asked for a booth and then I received a menu. I ordered grits, breakfast potatoes and turkey bacon. Well, alas, they had no grits. I told Reem, my server, that the other locations have grits. I was very unhappy that they did not have the grits. IHOP on Snyder Avenue, has grits and the one in Upper Darby has grits. The food was good, I forgot to take a pic since I was selling Yolanda's book. I received a book sale and then after I ate, I paid for my food and I left. I had already gone to the bathroom, someplace else so I didn't get a chance to critique the bathroom. Have a great night Google family, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous1111

I went here on Friday, June 10 at 11:00 AM and was seated right away. It was a group of 4. The waitress was extremely friendly and helpful to us. I really liked how they said "Have you been helped yet?" Very professional. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea with lemon. It was around $2-$3. I believe it comes with free refills, but should double check just in case. It tastes great with two zero sugar substitutes. I ordered the steak omelette ($14.99). It was absolutely delicious. The entree also came with different sides and I got toasted white bread with butter. All in all, 5/5 stars because we were seated right away for lunch time, the waitress was great and attentive to our needs, there was a big parking lot, quality of the food, and we had a good time together.

I actually want to give a Negative Star review. IT WAS TERRIBLE!! It was the first time in years to come in to an ihop so we needed more time to review the menu, the waitress seemed to be irritated by that and kept coming back after only a minute at a time, three times she did this. Once we ordered it took a minute to get our drinks, the coffee was such a small size cup I wouldn even give my 6 year old. Our food took over a half an hour to get to our table. How with the small amount of woolen in the dining could it have taken a half hour to make eggs pancakes and a well done steak ? 🤷🏻‍♀️ But the real kicker for us was the food. The food was Disgusting, we ordered a t bone steak breakfast and the steak was gray 😳 it literally had no brown color to make it even look well done or like it was beef. It must have been boiled!!! I’ve never seen gray steak in my life. The potatoes were so bland I would rather drank a spoonful of cooking oil, they said there was onion an pepper but they were black specs. The banana crepes were watery 🤦🏻‍♀️ And the turkey bacon looked microwaved. I took two bites of the food an I could stomach it so I said something to the waitress who mind you, walked by our table four times before we even took our first bite and asked each time of everything was ok. It was SO ANNOYING and she did not get tipped for the fact of her service being so pushy and her attitude towards us. Thankfully the manager came over to see what our complaints were and he did not charge us for the meals since we literally ate nothing. Never will we go...

I brought my grandson to the Warrington IHOP for breakfast. He wanted a pancake with a smiley face (whipped cream and cherries) which comes with a side of 1 or 2 eggs and a meat. Since he would never eat the meat or the eggs, I stated to the server that I wanted substituted with a waffle. The order came out promptly - my breakfast and his decorated pancake and waffle. When I got the bill I saw that the was an $8.79 charge for the waffle!!! Who in god's name spends almost $9 for a waffle?? When I called the server over and questioned the bill, she informed me that they do not substitute for children's meals (and who would know that?) and that "I ordered the waffle"! I had to pay that kind of money for a waffle?? Tonight I felt the need to call a supervisor. I spoke to Liz ("supervisor") who said "Unfortunately (3 times) they had a price increase and that I was charged correctly for the waffle and that they do not do substitutes for children's meals. I can assure you that will be the LAST time I frequent this eatery! Buyer beware. I strongly suggest that you check the prices before you order or you will end up with a $30 bill for simple breakfast for a senior...

So disappointed, since the moment we walked in the atmosphere was off, we were sat at a dirty table and there were plenty of tables to be sat at but we got a dirty one. The women came over and wiped our table down with a dripping wet towel that left our table with a big puddle no napkins to dry it. Our food came it was good not great but okay my husband asked for more creamers the one waitress looked at him and than turned her body around so she was no longer looking his way we asked two more waitresses for creamer n was ignored by all of them we had to ask a manager or the host don’t know who he was but he got us the creamers but by that time my coffee is cold our waitress checked up on us twice the whole time my husband wanted a soda never got it bec we were never checked on. We waited even longer for our check to come and at this point there is 4 tables in the whole Resturant most of the waitresses and staff are talking in a circle in the back not being attentive to any tables. I use to be a waitress and not a manager at a breakfast place and was extremely disappointed ihop use to be my go to spot but now I’m not so sure it’s changed so much the...
