Darianna Bridal & Tuxedo — Local services in Warrington Township

I am forever indebted to the team at Darianna Bridal & Tuxedo! I promise I walked in their store no less than 12 times while planning for my July 14, 2022 wedding. Every single associate I worked with was AMAZING!

As a very anxious bride I knew I wanted a more boutique bridal store. I appreciated that I was not overwhelmed with a huge showroom floor and thousands of dresses. I did go to other stores but ultimately came back to Darianna because of the people. I got both of my dresses from Darianna and they were perfect! Throughout the whole process I never felt pressured to make any rushed decisions. I probably tried on 15 dresses between 2 or 3 appointments and was never put in a dress that was out of my budget. This was HUGE for me because it meant the associates were really listening to me. When I had my “say yes” moment it was truly special! A very warm and special thanks to Shannon, Sarah, Maria and especially Daria. I’m sad I don’t have a reason to come in the store now but so happy that the team at Darianna made my fairytale “Queen for a day” dreams come true!

Now on to the guys. We got all my husband’s tux, all groomsmen tuxes, my stepdad and grandfather’s suits from the store. I felt like I lived in the store at some point. I had a vision of how I wanted the groomsmen to look and walked in with a solid plan. We’ll, my now husband had other plans and obliterated that vision. And this is where trust in the professionals comes in. A slight tweak in the plan made for an even better aesthetically pleasing look than I could have come up with on my own. The guys at Darianna definitely know what their doing, trust the pros! I have to especially shout out Rob, who made a house call on our wedding day. The dedication to clients and family feel of this place made things extra special! There were 8 groomsmen half of whom were not local, it was a fiasco getting measurements, and ordering extra items but Rob, Franco and Joe put my mind at ease that everything would work out!

All of the stylists/staff were great - so incredibly nice & professional. I was lucky enough to have Sutie assigned as my stylist & to say she was an absolute pleasure to work with is an understatement - I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She really helped make the experience of picking out my wedding dress so much fun & in turn, a beautiful memory. She was SO knowledgeable, personable, professional, gracious & genuine. She was not only very communicative with me prior to the appointment, but during & after as well. She genuinely took the time to get to know me/what I was looking for & was able to pick out “the dress” instantly. The dress I ended up going with was only the 2nd one I tried on & was selected by her. It is truly perfect. She knew how to curate her selections to match the details I wanted to incorporate, my overall wedding aesthetic, & (arguably most importantly) what flattered my body type seamlessly in a way that made me feel both beautiful yet comfortable. She nailed every single detail & selected a dress that felt like “me” rather than a costume. In terms of the few people I’ve shown the dress to so far (my mom, MIL-to-be & bridal party), every single one absolutely loves it - multiple even saying word for word that the dress “looks as if it were made for you” which just serves as a testament to Sutie’s quality as a stylist. Aside from how well she does her job, I cannot express ENOUGH just how sweet she was. She was patient (allowing me to try on as many dresses as time would allow when we all already pretty much knew I was going with dress #2 from the jump), made me feel comfortable & at ease, was so kind/compassionate & showed genuine excitement for & with me. By the end of the appointment, it literally felt as if we were friends. I have to give this a 1 star due to my experience with Franco and the rude condecending attitude he has towards me instead of empathizing and assuring me with a plan of action to get the missing suit in and done. To elaborate on this statement we were 4 days from the wedding and my best man and I didn't have our suits. I'm starting to get nervous due to how close to the wedding we are and getting a call from my best man saying his suit is still "processing" and not shipped is getting me nervous. I spoke to the employees at the store and eventually I was forwarded to Franco, being told I couldnt talk to the employees at the store anymore after he said he listened to the call I had with his employees and I can only work with him. I asked him to tell me what I said to his employees that was so wrong that I couldn't speak with other employees, and he couldn't name 1 thing. "Tone" was the cop-out response he gave me. His lack of empathy to the situation is appalling. Instead of assuring me that they would have it he just told me "we never missed a deadline" "I have done 1000 weddings how many have you done?" I never discredited that this is a busy time of year for them tis wedding season. Because of this single phone call with him I cannot recommend this store to ANY Groomsmen looking for suits that will be done in a timely manner. I won't be doing business with darianna in the future and won't be recommending them to future groomsmen I know. Its a shame too bc the suits themselves are great... shame 1 person can leave such a sour taste in the mouth and lasting negative impression.. The positives are that this place is great for brides, and the fitting process is great! Where they fall short is communication and service at the end.
