Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Warrington Township

I had the absolute worst experience last Friday at this location. My friends and I went there after a concert and got there around midnight. There wasn't a hostess when we walked in and we went to the bar. The bartender Mena was working and there wasn't anyone else in the restaurant sitting at tables. There was one man at the bar who had his food, a couple with drinks only, and us. We put in our food and after waiting about 46 minutes without the bartender checking on the food at all she brought out the food. Whether is was intentional or not intentional she slammed the food trays on the bar when we asked for to go boxes and stated "What did it take too long? I only have one cook working back there." Please keep in mind that a good server would have at least brought out the chips and salsa if the food was taking longer that normal until the other items came out. My husband's order was also half complete. When she went back to the kitchen to get the to go boxes she stopped at the table closest to the kitchen where another employee was sitting to complain about us and yes we could hear her. This is when I asked to speak with a manager. I have been at this location numerous times and never complained about the service despite it being okay in the past. I was there when there was only one waiter during the 76'ers payoff game where the place was packed and he provided amazing service. Lawrence the manager on duty came out to speak with me and we walked about 10 feet away from the bar. I started off by saying "that bartender over there" and Mena thought that I called her the B word. She proceeded to scream at me from the bar what her name is and she isn't a B. My husband asked her to stop screaming and she proceeded to scream at him and my two other friends. Lawrence stated that this is not first time that she has had to be spoken to about this same behavior. After talking to the manager, Mena continued to scream at us for about five minutes as we spoke with Lawrence and walking out the door. It was so bad that Lawrence ran out after us to check on us and give us coupons to come back. Her behavior was absolutely unprofessional, uncalled for, and since it was told to me that this is not the first time that she has conducted herself in this fashion that it is acceptable at this location. My friends and myself would not feel comfortable coming back to his location with her still employed there. My husband's fantasy football league will be finding another location to host their draft at on 9/1 which is sad because they have been going there for the...

ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE… Where do I start. First it was the first time I went to this one, sat down after waiting 20 minutes & then waited another 10 minutes jist to order drinks, then another 5 to get it. There was 4 of us. MIND YOU IT WAS NOT BUSY. (&im also a server at a upscale restaurant so i’d understand if they were packed) they werent. anyways we order finally and ab 15 minutes later ONE persons food came out… ONE OUT OF FOUR. Okay we thought ours would follow nopeeee. 20-30 mins later our other three orders came out. And no the person didn’t get an appetizer. Role by that very annoyed whatever. Then I say let’s try again maybe it’s an off night so me and my GF go for our anniversary (bad decision) We get in and actually get greeted right away. I ask the hostess if there’s a booth available… She looks over sees there’s 4 and 3 of then need to be bussed one doesn’t and goes no sorry then seats is. Okay no big deal except the fact she seemed very very rude and not happy, then goes “your server leah will be with you right away” okay 10 mins goes by and again put in our drinks. We get them she goes wanna order now i’m still looking and go sure bc i didn’t wanna wait another 15 mins. My gf orders wing and i get a sandwich. We’ll her f**g wings come out 15 mins later and not my sandwich. I’m annoyed the server avoids me then said it’ll be out shortly. Finally 15 mins after she said that it came out and my GF is basically done her food. (yes she tried waiting for mine but hers was getting cold) We get desert and that came out quickly RIGHT ALONG WITH THE CHECK. I never once have tipped below 18% and you have to be really bad to get that from me my average is 25% and usually 30% if they’re good, 20% you have to be bad 18% you have to be terrible. I LEFT 15% AND I DIDNT EVEN WANNA LEAVE ANYTHING WITH HOW TERRIBLE IT WAS. Never have i had a worse experience in my life. Ik how it is to be a server but you can’t be a bad server and have ur place give slow service at the same time. I’m sorry frankly BURGER KING is better than this place. OH NOT TO MENTION i called to speak to a manager and they answer and said he’s busy i’ll have him call you tn and i said okay two days later never got a call, so i’ll either be calling them again, going into there to speak to him then proceeding to contact corporate if nothing happens. Went here last night with my boyfriend and his sister. We usually would have picked something else but my boyfriend wanted to see the game . We got sat after a 20 min wait [which is understandable], then we had to wait another 10 min for our server to come to the table. Being super hungry and ready for a drink, we ordered apps and our drinks. We waited a normal amount of time for our appetizers, and recieved them about 10 min later without getting our drinks first . At that point we were told [20 min into being sat] that they didn't have the liquor needed for my boyfriends margarita, which was fine he switched to a regular one, but it would of been nice to know that way earlier. We finally get our drinks, and my boyfriends sister can't even drink her Moscow mule. She said it tasted like straight vodka without any ginger beer. Her being a heavy drinker who orders these exclusively, i was surprised to hear. She finally gets the servers attention and switches to a beer thinking it'll be quick, nd has to wait about another 7 min to get that . We finally get our entrees which I immediately noticed mine was wrong. I ordered the chicken sandwich and was given a wrap, so i had to send it back and wait for a replacement. Our server didn't check in on us once after appetizers, entrees , or to see if we needed another drink. I finally got asked if I wanted anything else after I got my correct entree and everyone else was finished and just ready to leave. The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because of the food. We did like what we ate but the extremely unattentive service, attitude of the staff (even the host was miserable )and the dirty atmosphere took away from our overall experience. Looking around the restaurant there was trash littering the floor. We watched a table across from us get sat at a table with so much trash and debris underneath it. I dont know who manages this place but whoever it is should be ashamed. I have been serving for 12 years and have been in restaurants for 15 and I've never been to a place that trys so little for their guests . 10/10 would not recommend...
