I typically only come here for emergency shape ups for my undercut and my visit today showed me why. Check in is always smooth however the stylist kept on complaining about my hair style and how she could not style it and continued with comments that were uncalled for. It was very unprofessional and the job at the end of the day was poorly done I asked for a shape up and she raved about her "skills" to come home and see patches all over my head! WOW, an experience I would run from. Ariel barely sad a word, put the bib on, leaving my collar out, smelled like stale cigarettes, coughed, Little clip here and there after a quick water spray, and then she was done, NO WASH, NO ASK about Wash, Quick is any comb, then ripped the bib off and said "your done" . I'm sure she will have a line at the door tomorrow and I would be surprised if store management reached out to me, after this stellar review. ... and that was after the cold reception i got walking in. Walked in on a Thursday (3/14) mid day so I was seen right away. When I was going to book my appointment online, I was going to book it with Doris but decided to just go over. As luck would have it Doris is the one who cut my hair. I paid $28 for a shampoo and cut, no blow dry, I don’t need it. Of course plus tip. Doris was excellent, she was friendly and she listened to me when I told her of issues I’ve had in the past with getting my haircut. I love my haircut....
