Health and Wellness Center — Attraction in Warrington Township

This is the best place ever for any athlete and/or swimmer! I first found The Health & Wellness Center about a month pre spinal surgery and did my pt here. This incorporated using the 80 degree PT pool which was a miracle worker for me at that time. I worked with excellent staff who were motivating me to gain muscle tone prior to surgery. The staff was professional, friendly and upbeat. They always came up with a solution to any challenges or changes made to my workout limitations. Long after I had a few spinal surgeries, I returned as a member to be swimming the Olympic pool competitively and made some great friends while there. I also continued every exercise I was taught in the PT pool followed by the awesome hot tub! Overall, the front desk staff is exceptional & friendly and I return this month as I’m a traveling musician settling at home for a while. I can’t wait to go back!!!!! Horrible customer service. Was trying to get someone with a pulse to help me get the results from a procedure that will help me determine if I can carry a pregnancy... so already Im on edge. I get tranferred from one phone number to the next and everyone saying i dont see anything. Final straw came with then last person i talked to (wish i got their name but i didnt) started getting so nasty with me and yelling at me over the phone that she doesnt have the results so call someone else. I was literally in tears asking her to just help direct me to the right number and the number she gave me was the same number I had called. When I told her that she started yelling -- and i mean yelling at me that she doesnt have the results. I had to hang up because I was so upset. Dont understand why people cant do their jobs or at least have some empathy if...

This was previously my preferred service center but I've just had my second terrible experience and I'm done. I was treated with the warmth of a solicitor who showed up at a private residence. When I expressed a desire for more courtesy I was responded to with sarcastic mocking. My prior poor experience, in a different department, was both with reception and during a service and is too unsavory to write publicly. This is completely unacceptable.
