Sunday Evening, 2/6, my girlfriend and I walked in to have a late dinner. As we were seated at table C2 we sat and waited for about 10 minutes for our waitress, Soraya, to appear. After she asked us what we wanted to drink we ordered two pepsi's and the chips and salsa to start. The wait for her to appear at our table wasn't the issue. It was everything that happened following.
After getting a couple pepsi's and the chips, we waited about 20 minutes for her to come back, noticing her and a couple staff members were at the end of the bar watching tik tok's or vidoes laughing. We had been ready to order for a long time, and the chips were completely gone. When she finally came back she took our order. My girlfriend asked clearly for no cheese on the burrito, and asked clearly for the vegan taquitos. The reason I'm being so precise is because when the food was brought to our table by one of the other staff members, both her orders were wrong. Mine was okay, but hers was not what she ordered. We let him know, and he took her order back to the kitchen to fix it.
Meanwhile Soraya was back at the bar in clear site watching tik tok and/or videos laughing instead of doing what she's paid to do. When she finally came to check on us, we informed her that the orders were wrong, while my food sat on the table as we awaited her corrected order. Soraya said sorry and went back to the bar to watch videos.
When her order came out, the mini floured tortillas were stuck to the plasic sheet they sat in on the plate so she was only able to eat one of the three. We were never asked for a refill. My girlfriend and I were never able to get a margarita like we planned, because our waitress was too busy watching videos at the end of the bar instead of serving her customers. To be completely frank, we have had many good experiences here, but this last one was the worst overall experience either of us had in years anywhere. Most people would've walked out on the bill. When your customers are thirsty or hungry and waiting to simply be served food and drinks, and instead you sit at the bar and watch videos... What a complete and utter joke on professionalism, quality, and management. I don't typically write a review unless it's positive, but this was an absolute waste of money and time on our parts, and we will pass on what happened February 6th at your establishment with friends and family. And Soraya? I am literally amazed you haven't been fired yet. What a poor representation...

Read moreMy date and I came here on a Friday evening based on reviews stating there normally is not a long wait. It was a rainy evening and we arrived around 5:30pm. I was disappointed that out of the 3 people behind the hostess stand none where wiping the floor or putting any sign up about the wet floor since due to the tile it was extremely slippery and only have a small rug at the door.
We were seated very quickly which was nice and could see that the restaurant even on a Friday evening was not filled at all. So we thought we would be able to have a nice relaxing meal.
We both choose to make our own meal. I got chicken for both of my options that were okay. My date ordered one chicken and one steak option. He advised the steak was dry and not seasoned. On top of that even though it was not extremely busy it was hard to get our waitress attention to obtain napkins as none was left at the table and tacos are not known for being a clean meal.
Before we were even done eating our meals our waitress was at the table leaving us the check by the time the napkins arrived. Then continued to come over to our table every few minutes to see if we were ready to pay. Mind you our meal came out within 5 minutes of us ordering. We became uncomfortable with the constant checking on us to see if ready to pay that we were out of the place before 6:15pm and able to snag at 6:45pm movie showing that we had no plan on even doing that evening.
In all the food is okay, needs flavor. Waitress was sweet, but rushed us. If you are on a time restraint and are okay with bland food. Not a bad...
