My first experience here was great as far as the food goes. I ordered the freebird and loved it. After a few visits, I ordered it again and it was terrible. The sauce was clumpy and had no flavor at all. Even after that experience , I have been back a few more times because I do love the coffee. With that said, the service there is usually less than desirable but once again because I like their coffee and like most of their food I've continued to go there. One of the last times I was there the server was bringing boxes before we even had a chance to eat our food. Every single time I've been there the glasses are filthy dirty and just this past weekend they even had a coating of grime on the outside of them you could feel rubbing your hand on the outside of the glass . My daughter' s tea cup had a hard clump of dirt in it. I asked for new glasses and a new cup for her to drink her tea out of and the server told me that she dipped them in hot water and that was the best she could do because it's not her department. Not what I wanted to hear. We had no silverware and had to wait for that after our food arrived. No extra napkins..Truely disappointed. No one seems to care that all the customers are given dirty glasses to drink from and just a few if the severs there truly do a good job. The manager of the store has no Authority from corporate to hire someone or switch detergents to make the glasses cleaner for customers to drink out of. It's quite discouraging to know that a large well known restaurant like this wouldn't even care about the customer's experience. Why would anyone feel compelled to order food from a restaurant who doesn't care about how dirty the glasses look. If they don't care about how dirty the glasses are it starts making you wonder if they care about anything else including the food and preparing for their customers. The servers with the exception of a few, do not give you a great dining experience. They hardly ever check back, the plates just pile up in front of you, you wait forever when you finally need your check to get it and no one seems to care about the glasses being dirty. The food was good this last visit, but I just can't get past the terrible service and filthy glassware. I'm not sure that I'm going to try going back there again after...
Read moreSo...I was looking for Plant Based Food, The Only Real Food, I came across turning point on Google. I Gave them a try...I was Not disapointed. Let's Start with the Service...Tessa Answered my call, this would be a Pick Up order...she was Pleasant, Informative, Professional...An Absolute GEM! Anymore Customer Service is a Thing Of The Past so This was Very Refreshing...AND, I'm Vegan, Not Plant Based, there IS A BIG HUGE Difference which Most Don't Know...Tessa Did. I Had Questions about The Food And it's Preparation...Tessa Was Ready...She's Good👍💯 She Knew what Vegan Is, AND She Had The Answers, All of Them. Way To Go Tessa😉
Now, The Food...my Review: HOT DAMN!
I had a "sausage" "egg" and cheese, Plant Based, All Plant Based Of Course as I Harm NO ONE, omlette with Peppers and Onions...Also Potatoes on the side Very Flavorful, Delicious😋 And Cooked Just Right! The Textures we're Right On...Can't Wait to get another... Tessa even Included a condiment cup of something tasty, a sauce, gravy, I'm not sure, maybe for the potatoes...but I Did ask for something Vegan Suitable and it was Good. I would add More Cheese to the omlette and Add Plant based butter with No Palm(deforestation- NOT Vegan) in it to the menu but small potatoes Right
This place is Not all Plant Based, BUT- I WILL WORK ON THAT- ANIMAL LIBERATION!!!!! 🐾
Thanks to all Including Brittany, assistant manager, and Really Sweet Being And The Being who Cooked my Food for Satisfying me Both With Food And Good Ole Fashioned Kindness...I Will Be Back😏

Read moreI ve eaten at the Turning Point in Doylestown,PA.Very nice . Last time I ordered the Martha s Vineyard salad,I told them, " no chicken".The waitress asked if I wanted to choose something else than chicken . The waitress offered to give me a substitute , because I m a vegetarian do my cook vegetarian . I chose avocado ,no other changes. The salad had strawberries, honey roasted walnuts , and coconut Flakes. Very delish. Today I ate at the Warrington,PA location. I ordered the same salad ,no chicken. I asked if I could have a substitute. The waitress said what would you like . I told her that last time I got Avocado. She went to the kitchen to ask if that can be done . The waitress came back and said yes to the avocado substitution. When she brought my salad, it was not the Martha s Vineyard salad . I told her that there was no strawberries,or coconut flakes, honey walnuts. She went back to the kitchen. When she returned she offered me several other "side items". I just wanted what was in the menu, minus the chicken . She brought me 3 sides ,blueberries, walnuts, and pineapple. However I got charged for the 3 items. I was upset that this turned out to be a huge It s not the $3.00 extra fee, as much as it was the disappointment of how this turned into an uncomfortable situation The menu listed " Vegetarian Friendly "( as well as Vegan & etc ,etc ) Now I will return back to the Doylestown location, where there is no upset,or...
