Recently had a screen replaced by another service provider. Paid $255 for a screen repair for my Google Pixel 7 but the finger print sensor didn't work. Went back to the original place that put the screen on an was told they didn't mess with the software to get the finger print working again and just provided me with directions to go home and get it to work on my own. Hence the directions didn't work. They offered to only replace the screen with my original broken screen which this wouldn't have solved my initial issue. Through a recommendation from a fellow employee they mentioned this place. The moment I walked through the door I was pleasantly greeted by who I assume was the owner of this repair shop. I explained my issue to her and she gladly had a look at the phone and offered to see if she could help. I didn't go in with any other expectations other than finding out if it was typically true that the finger print scanner wouldn't work after a screen replacement. She has me fixed up in less than 10 minutes and was nice enough to charge me $20 to fix my issue she could have not wanted to get involved and referred me back to the original provider as she had no obligation to me to make this repair. I am extremely grateful for her willingness to help. I would without a doubt recommend this location and will certainly be back for any other future repairs. I run a business as well and know the importance of customer service and very happy to have found this place that provides exceptional customer service. I was freaking out because my iPhone 4 just stopped responding to everything even being put on the charger. I assumed the problem was the battery but could not be sure. I had the screen replaced at another place because I didn't know about BuyCellFix. The repair was successful but I was so low on $$ this time I just could not afford their prices. I found this place out if the blue, visited the site and quickly realized their prices were WAY better, even on the screen repair I had already paid for. I went and the woman behind the counter quickly replaced my battery and got my phone back in business. She even let me know I could have a used one for even cheaper!
