We went into Spirit Halloween and Kohls. They were conveniently close to each other, but the selection at both stores was hit or miss. To be fair, the Spirit just opened and likely doesn't have all of its stock in yet, and it is close to back to school shopping, so kohls could have been low stock because of all that.
