This is the most ridiculous garage I have ever encountered. DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If i could give multiple negative stars then I would. They are manipulative and have NO SIGNS stating that they are "CLOSED at 8pm" You pull in and it asks you for your phone number, you do not get a ticket and noone tells you on the way out that your car will be held hostage overnight. When you call the after hours spot, noone is available to help. I was stuck in DC because this shady garage has noone who can open the garage after hours but if there were a fire in there then of course, someone would be there quick, fasta nd in a hurry. I had to stay at a HOTEL for the night because my car was in the garage. I asked to speak with a manager and noone ever returned my call. I will be reporting them to the BBB. How do you ask for a phone number, not provide a ticket and then not even send a mobile text alert or SOMETHING stating that you have to get your car by a certain time?! To make matters worse, the front desk people of the hotel that I stayed in told me that I was not the firs tor second person that this has happened to and I probably wouldnt be the last. They stated that there are no signs and that THIS garage gives them a handful of their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNEVER PARK HERE. My husband and I are visiting DC and parked here midday. We arrived back at the garage not long after 8 only to find that the garage was locked. After talking to an āemergency number extensionā, no one could give us any information or be of any help. There is a tiny hours of operation description written very small bellow the rates as youāre driving in, but nearly impossible to see, especially from your car. I have never come across a garage that closes this early, but even so, what is most frustrating is the garage attendant never mentioned that they close at a certain time. We even had to physically go into his office to pay for our ticket when entering because machines were down, so he could have (and should have) easily told us. After reading other reviews and my own experience, the whole situation with man seems manipulative. I am 7 months pregnant and of course feel uncomfortable being stuck in a downtown city at night. Ended up paying 250 to stay at the holiday inn across the street. They told us this happens often. This company should recognize the situations they are putting their customers in and be respectful by putting a larger sign for hours of operation. If we are giving you our business, you should be courteous of our...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWORST PARKING EVER. The small note on the board says the operating hours which I would not expect anyone to see. They had a number to call for after hours help (which is truly a waste of Time). We called them for help, but they said they can't open the garage until 5 AM the next day. Got to let go of the two rooms in NYC & book a hotel worth 600$ next to this place. The very next morning when we went there at 5, there was a lot more people like us waiting with the same complaint. After all this, I kept my self quite and requested him to keep more notes on the timing, so all the customers would notice, but that gentleman was not ready. He kept saying, it's written on the board. PLEASE DO NOT PARK! PLEASE...
