Guy Mason Recreation Center Dog Park — Attraction in Washington

Still a dismal facility despite an alleged $5M renovation in 2012. Building is cira 1902. Relatively new elevator breaks down on a regular basis. Since Covid, the Center's hours are still extremely limited, and there don't seem to be any plans to expand hours back to pre-Covid opening times. The plumbing constantly breaks down too.
