ETA: For anyone looking for long wear from your Manicure, the gel manicure held up for 9 days before chipping. Had I requested this type of manicure, I would probably be satisfied, but since I only wanted/needed my nails done for one day, I was dissatisfied with the manicurist's blatant theft and lack of concern.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I would actually give 0 stars, with the nail tech being dishonest and stealing by charging an amount he made up upon checkout, in addition to being dissatisfied with the Manicure.

I asked for a French Manicure -simple, nothing extra. When I go to pay here says $40. I repeated my order to him and explained that I only wanted a simple French Manicure. He started that it was for gel. After I politely said that I didn't ask for gel, he then said, "Oh, good for you." Then proceeded to walk to the credit card terminal. I said, "Excuse me, I'd like to only pay for the services I asked for." After a conversation with his colleague, he finally gives me a receipt for a total of $35. I should have been charged $25 and nothing involving a French Manicure is listed on their menu as $40, not even a gel Manicure. So he simply mistreated me and was dishonest. I will never go back and would not recommend...

I looked up a new salon to go to in my way into the city and I should have just went to the one I usually go to. I was the only one in the salon. I’m greeted and ask for a mani/ pedi. Sit in the chair and ask for really hot water. Already they are annoyed. It want hot enough so… can I have hot water? If you don’t have super hot water then just say that! I’m the ONLY PERSON IN HERE!

Pedicure done. I look down and there is like debris in the polish. He didn’t try to fix it until I brought it to his attention. When he tried to fix it, he was annoyed. His attempt sucked because they still don’t look great.

I didn’t want to stay for the manicure but I figured I’ll stay and not tip. I always tip but this service was horrible. If you didn’t want to work today, you should have closed.

No air conditioning. Nail polishes are empty af so they put acetone in it to make it. The bottles are visually DRY/DONE.

The drying area. Dirty. Dusty. There is a bug under here....

There were only 2 workers on a Saturday! Seemed to be husband and wife, the wife was really sweet while the husband was not much of a talker he did great work on my sister’s feet. She did a decent job on my feet but when she did my hands it was rushed and it seem she became careless with her work once more people started flowing in which I asked for a wax for half leg , so she rushed from my nails to my legs which still had hair after she said she was finished. I paid feet legs and hands $120 but I was not happy with results of 2/3 services provided…. I’ll add a picture for reference. No cuticle oil or lotion provided and the nail clean up could have been done better as well as shaping of the nails. Again sweet lady but they need to employ more nail techs. I would do my feet again if that’s all I need but it’s no point if i can’t do all services and get...
