We had my daughter's birthday party here. The kids had so much fun. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only things I would change is the size of the party room. The party room descriptions said for 16 kids. Yes 16 kids can fit in this room but not 16 kids and 16 adults. We didn't even have 16 kids only 11 kids and their parents and it was super tight. Most adults had to sit on the bench outside of the room. The other thing I would change is the time you have to set up. You can get there 30 minutes before the party starts which made me feel rushed trying to get everything done before guests arrived plus signing paper work and going over rules all...

I agree with other comments, the floor mats were a tripping hazard. Would be better if there was a solid rubber flooring mat covering the space and maybe better coverage or blockage of the air pumps and electrical wires. Also, in the 2 and under zone, I don’t see a reason for a trash can. Read moreThe bounce house area is great for older kids. However, I was not a fan of paying full admission for an eight-month old infant (who cannot walk yet), hence the low rating. Even at other facilities where they have baby areas, the infants are typically, at minimum, discounted.
