Huckle Burger — Restaurant in Washington

To whom it may concern;

My wife and I with two friends visited your restaurant in Washington, NC last night at about 8:PM. Our experience was atrocious!!!!!!

Let me explain, We were greeted at the door….. as if we were somebody!! Our waitress smiled and put up with my silliness the entire visit. Our food was delivered to our table within minutes!!!!! And it was GREAT!!!! It was a Culture Shock of excellence, and you can be very proud of the entire Monday night, February 5th Crew.

In this negative hate driven world, with so many negative people and so many hateful attitudes……. I thought you’d like to hear something Positive and GOOD!!!

Your restaurant will see us often!!!!! And I’ll tell everybody I see about NIYA (our Waitress), (aa well as Kassy, Aughtry and Live)….. That’s the only names I can remember)

You are blessed with a great crew!!!!

On yesterday, several team members and I ordered lunch. I wanted a chicken cheesesteak. I immediately noticed that my sandwich looked a little off and upon taking one bite, realized that something was different. The taste was off, the color was off, everything! I immediately called and spoke with someone who told me to bring the sandwich back and they would prepare another. After I got off work, I took the sandwich back and was told to come back within 24 hours, since I did not want a sandwich for dinner. Upon returning today, I was met by the same friendly crew member (who remembered me) and had my order re-made. The other crewmember who was there yesterday greeted me and said to me that she “hoped this was much better.” I am thankful to the staff who were understanding and courteous about the situation. THE FOOD IS GREAT!!! THE COOKS DO A REALLY GREAT JOB AT ALL TIMES & I LOVE THEM THIS HAS NO REFLECTION ON THE COOKS OR THE FOOD. I come here all the time, I'm actually a regular customer. So it bothers me, that every time I come the hostess/waiters can never get my order right. I hardly ever eat in I get my food to go and its almost as if they do not care because Im having a to go order. I used to tip my hostess/waiter but I stopped because even then my order was wrong. They are so focused on their customers who are dining in the customers with to go orders are suffering. I wish there was a direct person just for to go orders because we deserve to have the same amount of attention as a customer eating in since we all pay our money. Very discouraging and makes you not want to keep coming back but AGAIN THE COOKS ARE SO GOOD, EVEN WHEN MY ORDER IS WRONG I CAN MAKE DUE WITH IT BECAUSE THE COOKS...
