My very first visit, I was a little banished.I went straight to the menu.Everything on the menu seems so yummy.I decided to try the house Chow Mein the house Fried Rice. The garlic chicken wings and jumbo shrimp as I said, the menu sounds good. I drove an hour to get home and when I got there open the bag. The shrimp were not jumbo they were. Flat fried sauce fried, so hard.Sound like crackers open the chicken box.It was barbecue and burnt. Next, the Chow mait was so stuffed with white rice and some vegetables That looked over cooked and wilted. And a mystery type of meat thrown in there. I immediately called told them what I seen and then I had to turn around and drive another hour and a 1/2. Upon my arrival, the young lady or old lady took everything out of the bag and began yelling at me. Telling me that was what I ordered. I stayed calm and told her no. I have never had Chow main filled with white rice flooded. With white rice and garlic chicken is not in a red gooey based substance. And I don't know what to say about the shrimp. They were not jumbo. They looked like shrimp from Walmart that they call butterfly shrimp. The menu was false. Please when you go in there you have to tell them to describe their food because what you get in the containers may make you so mad. But the end result was she said. Did you read the signs? It says no refund. I said no because I was hungry when I came in and I only read your. Menu, she said no. You will not get a refund. Do you want me to cook you something else? Are you serious? I don't want you to cook me anything. She said, hold on and guess what she did. Yep, you guessed it, she called the police. That was so hilarious. What the officer did. Was informed or she had to at least give me half of my money back. I agree with him and the little dummy ended up giving the whole bag of food to my friend that was with me and over half of my money. Read moreMy wife and i always ordered food at this restaurant since we moved here from Florida and it was fine but on this particular day the husband of the restaurant seemed to have a hearing problem. So my wife and I ordered the house fried rice and didn’t check the bag considering we eat there all the time well this time we check the bag and our order was completely wrong. We were given the lo mein noodles which neither of us approve of. We tried to get them to correct our order or just get a refund, they insist that we pay for the order again and we refused then was asked to leave so since we couldn’t get neither we called the police and unfortunately we walked out empty handed because we were informed that it was a civil matter once the police couldn’t get them to refund our order. We will be going to court tomorrow about this matter and I’m praying for justice. Times are hard and I don’t have money to throw away. Ps we will not be eating from this restaurant ever again. Currently googling house fried rice recipes as we speak. Edited don’t try to deflect and I’m glad you all have video and audio footage you will need it for court. Your husband and yourself are very rude and don’t know how to talk to customers and also you might want to check your store policy on refunds oh that’s right you all don’t have one ! Read moreI have been coming to this restaurant for years and I told my self the last time I went would be the last time, but we stopped by today because we got home too late to cook. The food was not bad but the customer service is very poor. I asked to see my wings before I left with them because per the sign on their glass, you can not refund or exchange food once you leave the store. I asked to see my wings and she literally threw the bag of food. I asked for utensils and napkins and once I checked for my items she acted as if giving the utensils and napkins was a problem.the time before this I asked for my wings extra crispy and they were not, the man yelled “ these are crispy” with so much attitude.
