Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

Update: After going for a lunch combo a few times, the service is a lot better during the day than I have experienced at night. The manager called me to fix an issue I had right away, and the service hadn’t been as bad as I experienced previously.

I live in Greenville, but I used to stop here every week because of the service and speed. Recently this location got new owners and that’s completely changed. I have been in twice since then, and I will not return. The first time I went in, I ordered a 3 meat, a pepperoni, a sausage pizza, and an order of buffalo wings (the usual Friday night pizza run), along with some Cinnamon Loaded Crazy Bites because they were there and looked delicious. First they gave away the Crazy Bites to another customer (that came in and placed an order 15 minutes after me), so they had to refund my entire order, and ring it in again. Then, after another 20 minutes (35 minutes overall) they still didn’t have my pizzas ready, and had no idea how much longer it would be. Finally I got a refund and went to the one closest to my house.

This brings us to the 2nd visit. I was hoping the new owners just needed a minute to get into the groove, but I was wrong yet again. First I noticed the prices had changed, and most items had gone up $1, and spending an extra $3-$5 when I could get it cheaper and closer to home no longer made sense. On top of that, they no longer have several choices of their “Hot and Ready” pizzas, only cheese and pepperoni. Anything else would be at least a 10 minute wait. Having stood there over half an hour last time on their “10 minute wait”, I have decided to not return to this location. Maybe the new owners will run enough customers off that they’ll go back to business the way it was, but I doubt I’ll find out. Here at this store in Washington and the cashier Emily has a very nasty attitude because I wanted a crispy pizza and she got an attitude with me and she said that they couldn't make me another one that I had to get the one already made, so she took it out and showed me the pizza which was dried up and then when I turned my head she tried to get the guy to warm up the one that was dry and I saw her, so I said I didn't want that one since I ordered a fresh one and she rolled her eyes at me and told me she was going to throw it away and I saw her telling him to take it. So then she got upset and started mumbling her words at me and I asked her what she said and she said nothing. I will never spend my money there ever again because of what she tried to sell me something she said she was going to throw away....

The last two visits was great but before that the cashier acted like he didnt want to wait on me, he didnt tell about or ask me did i want to know about any specials that was going on, made little to no eye contact with me and when i handed him my money to pay for my pizza instead of handing my money back to me like i done him, he put it on the counter and turned and walked away, that was the 2nd time he treated me this way in the Washington n.c. store, that was the worst service i have ever received from your company, and i have been going there a lot since yall have open your doors in this town, but if service continue to be like this i may have to go some where else, i know I'm only one person but i deserve to be treated better when i visit your...
