*(edited Jan 25, 2023) Today was the last time I'll end up in there. The servers are seriously so rude and disrespectful. We have had problem after problem with numerous employees. One time while dining in, the waitress with the spider eyelashes was rude to my husband when she thought she wasn't getting a tip. We were paying with a card but had cash tip but as soon as she thought she wasn't getting one, instant attitude. They have messed up our order and act like they have no idea what's going on. We ordered from this place almost every Tuesday and Wednesday. I mean we have spent HUNDREDS of dollars here and get treated like scum. Why do I keep going back? Because they unfortunately had the best enchiladas in town now that the other place closed. Well today I go in and the total was 20.15 I only had a 20 and a dollar bill and a penny. She asked if I wanted my change, uh yes of course I do. That's $0.85 and yall already charged me $0.99 just for a to go order. The only reason we get it to go now is because of yall rude waitresses. So im standing there like I don't know what you want me to do I mean I told her she could charge the 15 cents to a card but I don't have enough for the whole 20.15 on there. I'm thinking as much money as I spend here and as many times as you've KEPT MY CHANGE you really can't do anything?? This gentleman at the bar helped and gave a quarter (thank you kind sir) and so i say this is crazy. And ahe starts rambling on about how it affects her tips... i told her i really didnt want to hear it and then I asked her what her name was and she responds "oh I don't know" I said okay oh I don't know I'll remember that. She then proceeds to gather around with her other Co workers and talk junk (in spanish) about me and thr situation. The woman manager who knows me and knows how often i come, comes over and she chimes in on the convo for a short time. Jokes on you miss waitress because not only do I understand Spanish, the reciept I have has your name Marie. I saw you type in your info to take the ticket so I know 100% that's you. She goes into the kitchen running her mouth. It really blows my mind how this place keeps customers. It's been MONTHS of issues that I never say anything about because I understand situations will happen and I know it does suck to have that type of job, but that's your choice. They once again made our food wrong and it's very clear they don't care about the quality of their food or quality of who they hire. Not even kidding we spend $40 a week here...

I'm going to start with the positive for full disclosure. You'll see why this is a one star review if you read the whole thing. The food was pretty good, relatively average but I liked it. I had a Shrimp Quesadilla. That's it for the positives. The service was... Not rude, but definitely no attempt to be polite or formal. There were two massive, super bright TVs which was rather unpleasant, and the wall art and chairs seemed kinda beat up and old. But the real issue here is the men's bathroom. Trigger warning for people who don't like to read about horrifyingly disgusting bathrooms, because that's what I'm about to describe. The tiled floor was covered in a mix of water and pee, and the walls were grimy. Inside the stall, there was toilet paper and wipes everywhere, hanging from the walls, on the floor, and a bunch of (clearly... used.) toilet paper in the trash can. The toilet paper hanging from the holder was partially laying on the floor and it was wet on the end. Everything was damp and the toilet seat had pee and hair all over it. I couldn't get much soap out of the dispenser and the sink didn't run very well. Overall by far the worst public bathroom experience I've ever had. Tensioned dinner. Waitress, staff and owner were super friendly and nice in attitude but definitely needed much more attention to the quality of service. Not too smooth experience from the beginning. Asked for Mexican tap beers seemed our server could not get it until repeating couple of times and she is a native English speaker. Ordered a seafood entree with shrimp but didn’t come with shrimp until asked. Asked for corn tortillas they never came until asked then got flour ones. Asked for adding a drink and napkins never came. Self served to clean table and empty dishes began to pile up so had to put dishes to the neighboring empty table to open up more space on our table. Yes nobody ever came once to collect dishes. And all other two tables were like that as well. If the lady at the bar too busy to cover up her high stool tables, I highly suggest the host/owner prioritize customers to sit in normal area which still has so much space.
