Roxy's Casino — Attraction in Washington

husband’s & mine’s first time trying this casino. First I couldn’t get a club card, because their network was down, I didn’t care. Next my FIRST machine, I put $40 into the Attack of the Planet Moolah machine. It immediately didn’t work. I’m not kidding, It was like pulling teeth to get help from staff. When I finally did get help, the lady had an attitude. I asked her not to have an attitude, nicely. She went & got the manager who was actually worse. I told her what happened. She said she’d go get my money. I asked to “please talk to her staff member about having an attitude” then she walked pissed off. After another 10 minutes of not getting help now, I started getting mad. Thank God for a nice older waitress saw I was distressed & not being helped, she went & got some different help. A completely different person (nice this time) finally brought my money to me. Literally ruined my day for nothing. It was your company’s screwup & for two employees to be complete jerks is crazy. Don’t go to this casino, the manager lady needs...

I thought this place was really cool 😎 they have a very extensive menu and I think everything on it would be yummy. We had the wings, salad, pizza, bacon and cheese tater tots and fried rice and it was very good! They even have steak and seafood! They have servers come over to your lanes while you are bowling or you can go and order at the counter. The bar had great drinks that were very fairly priced like the food! They have galactic bowling on Friday and Saturday from 6pm to close. Although the black light area is limited to only on the lanes and is not very powerful it was still cool 😚 Sunday is a cheaper day to bowl (I saw advertised). We will probably be going again! Played in 40+ casinos and this is one of my favorites. I don’t live here but travel for work, I love WA because they love Pai Gow Poker here. The dealers are experts at it here, sharp and friendly and professional. Many casinos elsewhere don’t even have this game and their dealers are slow and error-prone. Here they have progressive jackpots and I love the chips with the comic sans font. Fun-loving, mostly Asian clientele that is always welcoming to an outsider. I like that it’s small and tucked away in a bowling alley, it’s part of the charm. No slots, easy parking, nice bar, fair table minimums. Definitely come play some Pai gow poker.
