The Hawaiian Snowball Stand by Bragg Ice Cafe — Restaurant in Maryland

Used to frequent this place alot. Today me and my family of 4 went in to all get snoballs as we usually do, i just filled my punch card, when we walked in an elderly woman witb glasses jumped up from her laptop annoyed we walked in i guess cause she had to work, while the man was making small talk with us she was up his butt trying to read the orders before we were even done making them so she could hurry up get the snoballs made and back to her laptop, the gentleman who was ringing us up made a mistake in taking our order, i want to clarify we did not make a mistake giving it, it was taken wrong, after the woman reluctantly made one of the snowballs she made one of them the wrong flavor, now anyone in food service knows, the customer is not at fault for this, when i spoke up and said excuse me i got the wrong flavor here, she smacked my receipt on the counter pointing to what my order was, i informed her sorry thats not what we ordered, she caught an attitude like her one mistaken snoball just broke her buisness for the day, she was so out of line the man stopped to ask her what was wrong, then in front of me and my family proceeds to explain to the man why shes so angry and its because we couldnt have possibly been correct when we made our order we arent as perfect as she is i guess, it took everything in me to not throw my snoball at her and walk out, all i kept saying to myself is my kids are here and the man and woman that own this establishment are nice people i have met them many times cause im in there once a week atleast buying 4 snoballs each time, whoevers grandmother that is its time to maybe hangup the apron, watch who you are rude to one of them might be someone with a degree in creative writing and an avid...

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place … 🤩 not only are their snowballs delicious 😋 but the people are just amazing …. Especially the owners, Paul & Linda, who are just incredible human beings. They have created such a warm environment that is so welcoming that often my family ends up chilling there for hours because of the amazing atmosphere. Although my children are taller than me now … I will say that as a former mother of little ones ones, I really appreciate the little games and activities they have there for the kids and the families .. not only to keep the little ones engaged … but most importantly they have created such an amazing family friendly atmosphere that allows families to spend quality that family are able to carve out quality time together and create some...

I would honestly give this place a 5 star because your shaved ices are delicious sometimes can use a little more flavor and for 75 cents that's a lot for the little wash will you put on these things , my biggest complaint is the customer service in this place we have been here every day for the last week and a 1/2 and only one time did we have Employees give us good service he told us about a loyalty card which we never heard about And was very friendly throughout the whole Transaction. Another time we asked about the super hero flavors and the girl green hair said they all are and wouldn't explain. Just used our loyalty card after we hit our 10 and they didn't offer another one. And skipped out yesterday...
