Sierra — Attraction in Watchung

Beware if you make a return! I returned a pair of leggings and was told the credit would go back to my credit card. The credit never appeared on my statement so I called the store and was told the credit was issued on an electronic gift card. I was never made of aware of this and requested to credit be returned to the card that I made the purchase on. I was told to come to the store which I did. The manager could not figure out how to get get the credit back to my credit card and wanted to give me a gift card for the store. I refused and said either credit the credit card or give me cash. Finally after several nasty looks I got the cash back. I will never shop...

Selection is ok. Organization is terrible. It's all on long racks according to type but very vague, so if you are looking for a specific brand or type of outerwear /active wear you'll have to search thru every one in your size. And if you find it, there's only 1. Good luck if you need 2xl there's only a handful combined through the store. For the most part staff is friendly and the store is relatively clean for how unorganized it felt.. maybe for the typical customer it works for them. Prices were good. Many of the items already had stiches coming undone or zippers weren't that great. Makes me wonder if that's why prices are "reduced" since they are not as...

Can find some deals at this location but staff is really lacking in terms of customer service. The two assoicates at the register Shirley and BiBi...? Vivi...? not sure which, are extremely unprofessional and rude. I understand they have to sell their credit cards but rude comments are not enticing me to open any rewards program. Please do a better job with training your staff especially in regards to dealing with spanish...
