Chipotle in general is good quality and convenient. This location in particular has the worst level of service. You will literally not be helped by an employee until you yell at them that you need to place an order. Their attitude is completely unnecessary. If you don't like your job quit and work somewhere else
Recently, I used their newer Chipotlane pick up feature. I do not understand the point of this at all if they're going to take so long to hand the food to each customer. You could literally walk in and pick it up faster. Each car in front of me was taking about 5 minutes just to get their food. Keep in mind this is not to order and pay for food. It's just to pick up orders that were already placed and paid for. Shouldn't take longer than 1 minute for each customer. When it gets to be my turn I mention to the associate that it took far longer than I thought it should. His response was that, "The food isn't going anywhere". I'm sorry, what? So you can take as long as you want simply because the food is a stationary object? The whole point is to make it more convenient for customers. If I'm on my lunch break for work I don't want to spend more than half of the time waiting in line just to pick up an order that is paid for and complete and just needs to be picked up. And the attitude is completely unnecessary. you can go through almost any drive-thru and actually place an order that will be made fresh pay for it and get out of there quicker than this idiotic Chipotlane concept. That is to say, the concept makes sense. But they've hired associates that could care less about providing good service. And yes I do believe a certain level of service should be provided if you're paying $15 for a burrito. I know it's hard to hire good help at fast food places these days, a lot of the younger kids are entitled and feel like they shouldn't have to work for money. However, I could go to a McDonald's, Wendy's or Burger King and have a much better experience. Chipotle used to be a place with quality food and friendly service. All that has deteriorated and this location in particular is a...
Read moreI never write reviews for fast-food chain restaurants unless my experience is horrible. If I could give this chipotle location 0 stars I would. The service here was absolutely disgusting.
I had ordered one singular burrito today. I am not sure why the manager started making two, but I didn't comment on it as I assumed she was completing an online order or an order for the drive thru. She never once confirmed that I wanted two burritos, and had never asked me if I had wanted different proteins/beans/rice, etc. When I got to the cashier, he charged me for two burritos and that is when I told him that I never ordered two.
The manager who made my food overheard and instead of her apologizing for her mistake, she began to talk badly about me to her coworkers and to other costumers who were next to me. Her other coworkers then began to talk badly about me as well. I then told her that it was very inappropriate for her to be making such rude comments when all she needed to do was talk to me directly. I felt very ganged up on and very uncomfortable. She laughed at me, talked to in a very ill-mannered tone, and constantly rolled her eyes as well.
Normally, I don't pay attention to such rude people and don't give them the time of day, but this really rubbed me the wrong way. I had went back into the store moments later with my mother and proceeded to talk to the manager. The manager rolled her eyes at my mother, laughed, and made very inappropriate comments towards my mother. For a manager to be acting that way towards a customer is revolting.
I WILL BE REPORTING THIS MANAGER...
Read moreThis is BY FAR the worst location I have ever had the worst luck of encountering! I get there at 7:30pm and each bin has barely any food left yet they do not offer to fill it to give me and my family fresh food. My son asks for pico de gallo on his bowl and the worker accodently puts guac. When he tells her that, she proceeds to just scoop it out with her hand....how pathetic! It's not lettuce that you can just carefully take out- the guac is there to stay. She could have offered to make him a new bowl prepared the right way but obviously she didn't care to. They were not bust either- we were the only people in line so she should have corrected her own mistake. My son HATES guac and yet it is now in his bowl that I'm paying $13 for. I had to ask for extra rice 3x before they accomodated me. The best part is when I sit down to eat, the lettuce on my bowl is FROZEN SOLID! You read that correctly, it's not just cold but FROZEN SOLID! How does that happen to lettuce...that was a strange experience. I paid $49 to have the most pathetic and inexcusable experience. Lesson learned- I will be taking my business elsewhere b/c obviously chipotle isn't worried about customer satisfaction or customer health b/c I'm being served frozen lettuce. I shudder to think what else there is wrong with my food that I'm...
