Came into Panera bread today and for the first time I was dissatisfied with the service I got from the cashier Kimberly. She was very rude and distasteful on how she treated me.. I was on a call but was not talking to the person while I placed my order. When I ask Kimberly for spinach and bacon souffle she answered abruptly and rude there is no more of that looking at the side where the souffles rest in the show case. Then I was asking her for a particular sandwich I bought about 2 weeks ago and she acted like she didn't even want to answer me. She was shaking her head as if to say "Oh my God can you hurry up" even rolled her eyes a little. She did however told me that I had a $2 coupon off towards a breakfast sandwich. I guess that's the only thing she did good with my interaction with her. After I paid for my breakfast, she gave me my change and never said thank you. She did however said someone will bring my breakfast to the table. With her not say thank you put the icing on the cake for me. A manager wasn't visible to me so I wonder had there been a manager close by would I have been handle differently. I am so dissatisfied with her service today. I am usually treated very nicely at this location so I was actually shocked and now I am even thinking twice of even coming back to this location. I never leave reviews for place but today I feel like I need to start leaving reviews to business so that the company can have an idea of where they can improve on and compensate employees for outstanding service. Spoke to Lauren the manager before I left and she was very sympathetic and said she will address...
Read moreAt first everything was sweet. Katherine was my checkout person and she was a perfect representative of the Panera Bread company. She was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to interact with. I choose the option to dine in due to the outside dining was full with patrons. As I was taking my seat somewhere behind me a female voice yelled MISS!!! Startled as I was, I turned around slowly as I was not sure what lay behind me and why would someone yell so loud and hard in Panera Bread. A woman charged my way asking if I planned to sit. I replied yes and stated that I received clearance from the nice representative at the register. The woman snarled and said that the table I was about to take was open and yelled again that the other two tables were not. I apologized because I was made to feel uncomfortable (because by now patrons were staring at me) and felt unwelcome even though I was not unruly, but more a loyal and outstanding customer. I asked if she was a manager and she replied yes and in a huff she walked away. Shortly thereafter, I heared my name being bellowed by the same woman as she delivered my order to the table. I sat down and started to eat but soon lost my appetite and left. Never have I been humiliated. Particularly, in public and never, ever in an establishment. I am beyond hurt and disappointed and out of a time to enjoy my...
Read moreBeen a customer for almost 10 years at this location and I'm really sad to see the quality of the food has deteriorated. I understand that the Pandemic and inflation are factors but lately it's getting so hard to justify purchasing anything but the salads. I stopped ordering anything with chicken in it because all their chicken items taste like canned chicken -- which is just disgusting. I'm better off running to Costco and picking up a rotisserie chicken, sweating in a plastic tub for hours (with microplastics leached in) because at least it tastes like real chicken!!! Also avoid the Family Feast flatbread pizzas; your actual family will hate you for feeding them lukewarm and hardened tacks that are passing for pizza. These "family feast" meals are like the value duets -- obviously premade hours ago sitting under heat lamps/warmers for God knows how long (and which is why our "pizza" was so hard to chew). I've had customized flatbreads and they were so much better and fresh! Another protein to avoid is the over easy eggs; just get the fully cooked/scrambled ones; your stomach will thank you. A McDonald's egg McMuffin will at least be pipin' hot. My egg and cheese on brioche didn't even come...
