We love chick fil a! In fact we never thought we would ever leave a poor review. However, today’s visit was not good, AT ALL. We never have been to this particular chick fil a location before but happened to be in the area so we stopped. We ordered 4 large fries, a number one entree sandwich, 2 grilled nugget kids meals with fries, a regular nugget kids meal with fries, and a free medium Mac n cheese with our points. We got back on the road and started eating. The fries were way over cooked and cold. If you tapped the fry on the window it sounded like a rock. The other food was cold. The grilled nuggets did not look fresh at all, in fact they looked undercooked. The Mac and cheese did not look appealing and was not hot. Additionally, my receipt says I used points for a Spicy chicken sandwich and dessert which I never did nor did I ever get those items in our bag.All this to say, I contacted our local chick fil a because that’s where we normally go. They told me I needed to contact the chick fil a I had a problem with and then they could add the items onto my points so I could get them again when I arrived at our regular chick fil a location. When I called no one answered, so I called corporate and they made note and said a leadership team member would be calling me to refund me for the entire purchase. However that didn’t happen. I got an email (not a call), and they only offered 2 free fries and 2 free entrees - which we really don’t even normally get, we normally get kids meals or the Mac n cheese. We just wanted our refund because we went to our local chick fil a right after this poor experience, and reordered the entire order again. So now we are out close to $70 worth of food because this chick fil a, didn’t want to give us a refund. We threw the entire order in the garbage and we should receive a full refund for the hassle poor service and poor quality of the food at this location. I even showed the food to our regular chick fil a staff because I had it in the car with us and they were grossed out also! Chick fil A has high standards and I know for a fact this experience and quality of food would not meet those standards. We hope something can be done...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had at Chick-fil-A. I placed an order for curbside pick up because the drive thru was very busy. I sat there and watched the drive thru line get empty. I watched Uber eats and etc come and go and I was still there waiting! A waited for over 30 mins, all for 1 Cobb salad. Once I got fed up, I walked to the front door and asked for my order. My poor salad was sitting next to where all the hot food comes out, just sitting there. As a lady searched for my salad, the curbside runner another lady starts walking out with a basket full of curbside orders and mines was not one them. I requested a manager at that point and the young lady comes back and tells me she has to take my name down and call me tomorrow because her manager was on break!!! On break!!! After I refused to leave without speaking to one, the manager Tia (shift manager) comes out with an attitude telling me the most she can do is talk to her team because they are all new and are still in training. Now how is that the customers problem.? Even after I vented all my frustrations about my experience, Ms. Tina was not bothered at all by my experience but more so bothered because I was complaining. As if this experience is normal. It ended with her rudely offering me another salad and walking off. She was very rude and unapologetic. Her team in "training" were able to make the second salad in less than 5 mins. So I guess they give good service when they want. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. As I sat there complaining 3 other people came in with in complaints including another curbside order. Just ridiculous. I love Chick-fil-A but I will never bring my money back to this location. I’ve contacted the corporate office via: Twitter Submitted a complaint Now you directly with specific transactions details from the receipt and I have NOT received a response from anyone. Except you telling me to contact corporate.
First you should make this right and if you want a picture I’ll send it.
Secondly how about YOU forward it corporate for me and let them know the experience I’ve had no only with my food but the apathetic response to the entire response to my request for assistance.

Two weeks ago I had the worst meal since I’ve ever eaten at Chick-fil-A.
The strips were severely over cooked and the sandwich was burnt which I have a picture of. I also have the information from the receipt when I got home.
I filed a complaint via DM on Twitter and I also filed a complaint via submission to the corporate office and I have never heard back and it’s been over two weeks.
I specifically don’t go to the Union location because that’s normally the meals I receive there so I drive 20 minutes to this location and now this location I can’t trust. I would like somebody from this location to reach out to me so I can send them my information and the time and date a voicemail took place.
I’m already driving 20 minutes from my home to come here and I don’t wanna have to drive an additional 20 minutes to go to another location. This is the first bad meal I have ever had here and I didn’t feel like driving another 20 minutes back to return the food.
