Good items at times Good Prices here and there for the most part used Items are highly priced ...wife loves this store but have bought electronics for the family from here that didnt not work at all ... understand that i always tell her ... well this is what happens when you buy used items and that she should check before buying wich she dose here and there and once brought home they iather stop working and or are in no working conditions nonrefunds or store credit are not given for items we had bought and spent ...a lot of hard earned money wasted... staff is verry rude they run you over with there carts yell at you with a rude excuse me sad to see that they all look miserable at times you fill verry uncomfatble shopping there since you fill like youre in there waywith how rude and inconsiderate they are the working atmosphere there is really ugly guys that work in the back are rude dont help out with the funiture once bought to bring it out verry verry rude ... my wife loves the place she finds good things here and there but not worth all the aggravation the staff there need some evaluation in working there on how to treat costumer and give out great costumer services no matter what ... i get and understand you get rude costumers here and there but if you dont like working nor know how to deal with the costumers in the right way no matter what then dont work simple... all they do is give a bad reputation to the store/ owner and give costumers a bad Expiriance sad...rather go eles were simple not worth it no matter how many new hires they hire waterbury its self is known for this and this ends up hurthing the location and its store over time...time to re-evaluate this place and its...

I always walk out with a bag full of stuff but the journey to get to the register is rather unpleasant. You cannot shop from the new racks which is understandable as they have work to do (they literally will yell at you if you do) but then you see their favorite customers shopping new racks without being yelled at. There are NO go back racks which makes no sense. You are not going to buy everything you put into your cart (and you have to check everything over carefully as you will find damage and flaws and nothing is returnable) and so you have to tote all of that around till you get to the register and then the clerks there give you attitude. I mean, what do you want from us? Put a rack up for things we don't want. How hard is that? There is no place in the store to stop and actually sort your cart. If you go near the furniture and try to do there, they yell at you. If you go over to a corner, you will find 10 other shoppers trying to work in that space. Mark off a corner, put "sorting" on a sign, add some racks for returns, please. I think the employees for the most part are nice but they seem to have pretty large quotas of what to put out in a day and so they can be bristly for sure. The shoes are so overpriced I don't go to that section at all. The aisle between the baggies and the pan is so narrow that if anyone has a cart, you cannot get past them. This is long but I hope someone reads this and considers making improvements to help me spend...

This is by far the RUDEST thrift store I’ve ever been to. The workers here have zero manners. They will literally bump into you without saying “sorry,” and if you’re looking at clothes on the rack, they will stand right in your personal space until you move so they can stock — no “excuse me,” nothing. They also close the store early. The posted hours say 9 PM, but they start shutting down 10 minutes early. When I told them I still had 10 minutes to shop, they told me, “We close our registers so you can’t shop.” The so‑called “manager” even said, “My watch says 9 PM and I go by my watch, not anyone else’s clock.” I asked if she was okay with her watch being 10 minutes fast, and she flat-out said YES.

And the prices? Absolutely insane for what you’re getting. Most of the clothes and shoes are completely beat up, unfixable, and still overpriced. Same with their furniture. I literally looked things up on my phone while in the store and found them CHEAPER brand new on Amazon or at other stores.

To top it off, the cashiers are extremely rude. I witnessed them yell at a hard-of-hearing customer, “Hello sir, are you deaf? You can’t hear?” with so much attitude. Completely disrespectful. They bark at people to “pay attention” instead of actually helping.

This place desperately needs to train their employees on something called CUSTOMER SERVICE — or maybe they just only hire rude...
