My first trip in was a little "bumpy" as there were some mistakes made on both of our parts. Beacuse of a timing issue on my end, I had to leave before we could work it out fully. When I called back to discuss it further, Chris was AMAZING! He immediately took responsibility for BOTH sides of the miscommunication. He not only fixed the initial problem BUT also compensated me for my time and gas to come back. I have never had a business jump so fast from a 1☆ experience to a 4☆!! Should have listened to what others had to say in the reviews before wasting my time. Called ahead of time to get a price on my scrap gold and was interested in using the money to buy silver, which I was also given a price for. In the 1 hour from that call to arriving, (spot price of gold had gone up) I was offered a price that was nearly 20% below the original quote. When I asked about silver again, I was told the price was now $5 per oz higher and that they were all out. With the small amount if options we have in the region, I can say the owner here is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always is willing to pay a very fair price if you are selling, or is willing to negotiate based on data if you are going in to buy or trade.
