American Mattress Mega Clearance Center — Hotel in Waterford Township

Found out at 4:30 my niece was sleeping on a floor. At 4:45 called and her grand parents and me purchased a mattress. 5:10 after they closed they stayed there on a sunday night to make sure we got it. And i thought i was calling a different mattress store. So they went to the wrong place and this guy still said to come on by. You cant even buy a cup of coffee anymore without drama. This guy though. thanks for the good service im going to switch mattress stores. I am the one that always buys the mattresses. I am the mattress super hero in the family. I have a M on my cape. so i buy alot of these. And im fat so memory foam has amnesia when i sleep on it. so i need mattresses all the time for myself. I make the springs scream. Box springs go from rectangles to circles when i lay on them. Thank you for the good service. I wish every place had a person that worked for them...

We had just moved into our new home and were using inflatable mattresses. My wife had ordered a California King sized bed and mattress from an online retailer. When they arrived without box springs or platform, we realized that we needed a set of box springs. We went to your Howell store and while they didn’t have any in stock, your sales guy checked with your warehouse and looked one in Waterford, and asked that the manager there held it for us. We got there purchased it, and my wife and slept in our new bed last night. Those guys went way above their basic job requirements to make sure that their customer was able to get what they wanted. Charles was a great help (Waterford Location on Dixie). He didnt pressure me to get the most expensive mattress & still found one I liked for a great price. I have bought a couple mattresses for the first time online (Amazon) the past few years (that I have been having back/hip problems with), which I will NEVER do again. He found one that was great for me and my pains are gone. It’s crazy how much a nice mattress can change the way you feel. You think I would be old enough to know this by now haha. Thank you Charles.
