I do love this place BUT Iāve been going weekly since they have opened. They are in great need of hiring someone to test product before itās bought, even with a big selection of deli flower itās all from vendors that DONT diligently FLUSH the nutrients from the bud. It tastes like hay or earth 90% of the time I buy a bag. Iām so tired of it, the only brand of flower you guys would be best served to carry is from uplyfted. The staff is friendly and they do a good job but coming from someone whoās smoked for 30 years itās hard to take advice on Bud from a GEN Zer that is not even as old as some of the bongs I own. Some of them donāt even smoke flower so how can they tell you whatās good? I got a bag a week ago that I threw away the first time in my smoking lifeā¦.bud should taste good on the exhale and not like dirt, especially if your smoking from a bong. The presentation is all there but the quality of the bud is not, it may look frosty and kiefy but it usually tastes like ass & is way overpriced for the quality, Iād have no problem paying the prices if the bud tasted good and smelled so potent the people on the other side of Kroger could smell it throughout the store, good bud stinks GOOD not like earth. Plus the ash should turn WHITE not completely black every time you smoke it, that just tells me again they buy from vendors that donāt flush their plants properly nor are they Burping the jars š« of bud they get, I see the harvest dates on all bags bought, some of which should still be in the curing phase and sitting in jars being burped 3-4x a day for 20 minutes, but wouldnāt wanna lose any weight cause that will reflect in the bottom line of the cash drawer. They offer pre rolls as well if you bring in the bag you bought last to save a loud lock bag and Iāve yet to ever get one of those free pre rolls for doing so. I came in shopping for four pre-rolls. The dude with the tats keep arguing with me telling me I cannot stack deals. Even after I explain to him hey man, I only have 21 bucks total. Can I just buy four blunts and get the 15% off he told me no. I end up not getting any 15% off and just end up buying three pre-roll. Iām already pissed off at this point because this has been my worst experience ever in a dispensary in the state of Michigan. Then the white guy with the tats Tell me my total is $17 and some change so I give him a crisp $20 bill in return. He gives me a bunch of bought up ones and two of them are ripped. I proceeded to ask the tender with the tats. Hey man can you exchange These two ones with non-ripped ones other businesses would not accept ripped ones. He told me he cannot open up the cash register and also refused to substitute the two ripped ones with non-ripped ones from the tip jar! M roses if I can give you guys clean cash that is non-ripped I expect to get cash back when given change that is not ripped. But every single time I have came in, I've had an issue with people there nit helping or looking like there are working or want to work. Waiting in a seriously long line with no help. And then by the time you get it to be your turn, they take three people ahead of you that walked in behind you, While you've stood there for twenty five minutes waiting. This has happened on one or more occasion.I've actually seen it happen to other people.While i'm standing in line and they got so angry, they've just turned around and walked out. The owners really need to go to a couple Other dispensaries and go in there and see how they're greeted, and how different their place is from these other dispensaries in town, where the people are just wonderful and very helpful.In knowledgeable, you need a staff that knows what they're selling. And are willing and personable to helping people.
