The entire experience was wonderful, except for one small incident. The musical was performed very well, the building was beautiful as always and most employees were helpful and very friendly. There was one employee named Paula who was checking tickets for the Elf musical at 1:45ish on Nov. 26, 2023. The entrance was probably 5 feet wide and very crowded as you can imagine, there was 3 employees checking tickets across the entrance, my mom was getting our tickets scanned on the opposite side I was on, with other people we didn’t know standing between her and I. Paula asked me for my ticket and I pointed at my mom and said she was getting our tickets checked. Paula said “If you don’t need to be helped then get out of the way of others, who are actually doing what they’re supposed to be doing. I said okay, sorry. I tried to move out of the way, and the only was I could do that was stepping on the other side of the employees. So that’s what I did, and then she got upset because my tickets hadn’t been checked yet, and I was going beyond the employees. Now, I wasn’t going to share this because it’s really not that big of a deal, but I have never been treated this way here before, and I was very surprised and honestly disappointed. I hope she either fixes her attitude or discontinues her employment here. I have always loved it here, and Paula really ruined the atmosphere and experience I...

Read moreI have performed and attended performances here for almost 50 years. I did so this weekend and witnessed a horrible sight. I was sitting in my parked car after the show in the regular handicap parking lot behind the building. Exiting from the front, around the corner and through the ally to their cars were multitudes of elderly and handicap people. They were limping, hobbling and if lucky being held up by others as this was quite a distance. And add pouring rain to the sight! I had used the regular elevator but found out later it wasn't supposed to be used. Noone knew why. It was not out of order or marked "not in use"?? I guess I'll have to add this oddity to the many others now that we have slipped into this...
