So glad my friends and I found this place before an event at the Waterville Opera House. It was easy to see as soon as we stepped inside that it was a local hangout with such a great atmosphere. 4 strangers stopped throughout our dinner to chat simply because my husband had a Harley shirt on. Gabby was amazing! Because it was a busy night she warned us it would be a bit for food and was so personable even though she was crazy busy. To top it off we got to enjoy The Lone Grangers Band. After I made a request for a Grateful Dead Song they didn’t know a band member came up to the table on break and said “ give us a month or two and we will learn it . The waitress I would not say is a sausage, she takes pride in her work, remembers customers and their orders, seems to care about the business and atmosphere.
If she was a drinks expert I am sure she would be in Vegas.
