Katzenbarkers Natural Pet Food & Supplies (Wausau) — Attraction in Wausau

I Love this place! I went in last November for supplements to help my dogs mobility and health. My 8 year old Bully dog was falling apart and could barely walk. It broke my heart. I had a conversation with Heidi that I will forever be grateful for!! Her knowledge helped me learn about the importance of nutrition and the benefits of feeding raw food. Sadly I didn't know if I could afford it. But I went home and considered how much I was paying for supplements, and vet bills, and how badly I didn't want to put her on big pharma drugs. So a week later I gave it a try. She has been full raw since 11/22/23 and her health has improved so much. She has lost weight and her mobility has improved so much and continues to improve. And she is so much more playful. I truly believe Heidi's guidance helped extend my dogs life! Thank You so much for taking the time to care and go the extra mile!! Forever Grateful for that life changing...

I am very unhappy with both experiences I had at Katzenbarkers. My husband and I took our dogs to both locations, and each time, we were never left alone for more than a couple of seconds.

The staff should know how to handle and approach animals, keeping in mind that they are not spectacles. While our dogs have never been aggressive in the past, a high-stress environment can change behavior.

I urge the management to consider this feedback when welcoming new clients. Unfortunately, we will not...

Would never spend a dime at this store. Went there to buy 4 bags of acana freshwater dog food and was told i couldnt buy anything inside with out a mask. Please spend your money elsewhere if possible, this is not american values, my health should not be decided by government or any city officials.
