Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Wausau

Started out strong but not doing so well right now.

Today, I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with extra sauce period when I arrived at the store. I confirmed that the pizza had extra sauce because the last several times I have ordered, there has not been extra sauce thus even though I have asked for it. I was told that it had extra sauce, but when I got home, I found that that was not accurate. In addition to that, the main body of the crust is thin and dry. It tastes a bit like 1-2 day old pizza. ( And I would know, I often will have leftover). I am disappointed because I love Papa John's pizza. I was very excited when this new location came to my city. However, the quality of their pizza has gone down since opening earlier last year. If that does not change for the better, I will start going to a different chain instead and only order from Papa John's when I am...

So I ordered pizza from here and what a freaking messy first it took them forever to get to us then our pizza was messy yo then the delivery driver gypped us on our money took our change and didn’t wanna give it back because he wanted to keep it all for himself as a tip then go into the store to ask what the hell is going on with all of this stuff going on and the GM was rude disrespectful unprofessional not apologizing for any of the mess or the fact that I basically had there delivery drive steal my change which was $30 dollars never going to order...

A Slice of Disappointment

This has to be one of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had. I'm usually not one to complain, but the absolute butchering of my pizza by the person cutting it was just unbelievable. It's like they used a butter knife while blindfolded. I received a mangled mess of a pie with some slices being enormous, others microscopic, and some not even cut at all. It's just a lazy way to serve a customer. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was a completely avoidable error. There's no excuse for such a lack of care. Do better,...
