Spencer's — Attraction in Wauwatosa

This place is just terrible. Took off my necklace for my friend to hold onto. Mind you I've had this cross for 10 years plus. Spencer's does not sell stainless steel crosses. Trust me I've been a customer for years they dont. So I put the necklace back on as I leave the store. The store manager chases me down and accuses me of stealing a necklace I've owned for more than a decade! Keep in mind I was a good 2 minutes out of the store with my friend. If she didn't vouch for me I think she was going to steal my cross that I treasure and has been apart of my life since I was in high school. Seriously is money that tight for her that getting the 200 buck theft protection bonus would have helped her? I never feel welcomed or even greeted at this location. Any other spencers I go into I am greeted and they treat me like a human being not a thief. I hope this manager gets fired or reprimanded...

Came in there to buy some T-shirt’s for my friends birthday and some white curly haired female was just standing behind the register on her phone taking selfies and talking ghetto. Me and my friend were in the store for at least 20 minutes and no one greeted us or asked if we needed help. And this is SADLY normal for this location too! I only come here for the facial jewelry. Poor customer service. Will be calling Corperate. If I acted this way at my job I’d be fired...

Ew... This store is dirty. I'm not usually one to care all that much about wether a store is dirty or not, but it straight up smells stale and dirty in this store and has visible layers of dust on things. I'm not sure if that floor has ever been sweeped. A lot of the merchandise is not really what people want either.
