The time is now 8:37. I sit on the bench outside of this business that's supposed to be open until 9:00 furious. The guy who sold me a necklace that was supposed to be engraved with my son's name in some kind of fancy hieroglyph assured me he would call me Wednesday before my son's birthday which he failed to do. I purchased the gift over a week ago and never heard anything. My girlfriend picked it up today. When I paid the $200 initially, I was told that I would get an explanation of the hieroglyphs, their symbology, and the translation. When she came home with the gift I noticed that the translation was missing. After I looked at the pendant, I noticed that the number of symbols could not equal the letters of his name. I was able to find a translation online, and none of the iterations I found could make the pendant spell his name. I raced back to the mall to return it because none of the promises I was made were delivered upon, and behold they have closed over 20 minutes early on a Friday. This shop is a wonderful little oddities shop tucked away near the exit to the mall. Although they have very dependable stock, like art items, gifts, incense, VERY NICE perfume, and delicate and beautiful perfume bottles to keep it in, they also sell quite a random apartment of other things! Their jewelry selection is large and ever-changing, always stocked with unusual and old-fashioned or vintage pieces, or with beautiful, uncommon stones set in the finest metals. There's also strange random things you can find from time to time, like handmade bracelets and Indian clothing to even old Roman coins! It's always a surprise what they'll have. The owner is very nice, and a great salesman, and is also willing to barter, which I personally appreciate quite a lot! He's very happy to make his customers happy. Egyptian International is a great business. It is located in Mayfair Mall. The store has been in existence for many years, so the owner must be doing a great job! It carries a variety of different silver and gold jewelry with different stones, a few unique clothing pieces and other artifacts.

The service is very good. The owner is very affable and he takes a lot of time to help customers find what they want. He also fixes some jewelry that has been damaged or no longer fits. Recently, he resized a ring that was too small. He was able to make the ring that matches my set larger, otherwise I was going to have to return the entire set.
