Bath & Body Works — Attraction in Wayne

I've always went out of my way to shop at this location due to how nice the girls that worked there always were. Today the atmosphere of the place was very hostile. Some workers were talking about how much they wanted to go home. No one asked if I had any questions or needed any help. So I asked an associate a question about the promotion. She responded like I was bothering her and gave me an explanation that had nothing to do with my question. I've always shopped here and the workers always set aside my purchases so I can make sure I am getting the amount of stuff to go through the buy 3 get 3 free deal. The cashier was huffing and puffing at me while I was checking my merchandise on the counter. After spending 136 dollars, management should be aware of this. Or at least be training the staff on how to act on a sales floor. Being a manager in retail I would never let this...

The store is very clean and well organized by employee Marybeth was extremely rude and grumpy toward my family and I. When I asked to put our phone number in she rudely stated that we need to wait for a different time to do that and then it took a long time to process and she began getting mad and unpatience. This is not something I expected from this specific location because generally when I come into this store all the employees are very nice but Marybeth was not. She also saw us waiting to pay and took around 5 mintues to come to the checkout to check us out when she wasn't doing anything other than standing by the door. This used to be one of the best locations to go to. But during for the past 3 years I found myself taking the drive over to Rockaway Mall. The girls in that store have a much better attitude and are MUCH MORE helpful and friendly. I went to this store twice during the holiday because it’s more convenient for me and my point was proven again. The store manager has the WORST attitude of them all.
