This is always a fun trip and full of activities . I highly recommend a visit to Dey Mansion Located here in Wayne, Passaic County, NJ. Guides are very knowledgeable and always make every visit very interesting.
This is a great day trip for families.Dey Mansion is currently open year-round with guided public tours Wednesday through Sunday.
Washington's bedroom and office are showcased. Original paint colors, some floor boards and a handful of original pieces belonging to the Georgian style home can be found. The window glass is a reproduction of glass from the period complete with waves and bubbles. Other artifacts while not original to the house are from the middle to later half of the 1700's.

He was more than willing to answer all of our questions, which made the tour even more engaging. The tour lasted about an hour, and it was both informative and enjoyable.
