If you're traveling across New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania for youth hockey, then this is going to be one of the top rinks you'll attend. There are three rinks, all of which are kept up well, with Rink 3 being the newest (and coldest inside!). If you're a spectator and looking to stay warm, you're in luck if your game is in Rink 1 or Rink 2, because you can perch in the snack bar area and watch the live action with a good view. In Rink 3, you might be able to catch it on an internal television monitor from somewhere warm. If you're looking for food, then this snack bar has beaten all others I have been to at rinks across the aforementioned area. There is a very wide variety of food choices from breakfast through dinner, hot and cold, and it's not "rink food" - it's good. Just don't try bringing outside food and drink in, and eating it in the food area. They also enforce behavior, so if your kids are running around and making a ruckus, then someone is likely to say something to them. However, this seems to have gone a long way toward the general cleanliness and and good upkeep of the place in general. The locker rooms are functional, and there are a good...
Read moreWould give this place 0 stars if possible. Had an incident here a few nights ago and was treated horribly. Never had an experience where I was made to feel like a girl living in a mans world before; these people made me feel horrible over an incident one of their employees created. I was treated like a 12 year old but am an adult. The owner needs to take about 10 courses in customer service because he clearly has no idea what it means to own a place and have customers. This incident reflects more on him than the employee who carried out what happened to me. This place doesn’t deserve the money they make and I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated here. One star is too generous but I couldn’t leave the review without at least putting one. The people here are disgustingly rude and I don’t understand how this business is still going. Based off of other reviews I’m not the only one who hasn’t been treated well here. Get yourselves together ice vault; you’re more immature than me, an 18...
Read moreWhat a embarrassment, It took 31 minutes from 911 call to door to care for a 12 year old with an unknown mechanism of injury. This 12 year old laid supine on ice with zero professional pre-hospital care for over 30 minutes until the Volunteer first aid ambulance arrived. Further more, I was told by a staff member to hang up from the 911 operator so the front desk could handle this emergency. After which , the Owner was very concerned about looking tough in front of the Police to care for a child in his ice rink. The owner of the ice vault then proceeded to lie about the care that should be given and making up stories about what a 20 year fire and EMS professional had to say. We’re lucky this 12 year old child only sustained a head injury… but what if it was a serious laceration or cardiac arrest. P.s. this “owner” had a drill in his hand to remove this child’s helmet or cage before medical command arrived. Think it was a Dewalt …. With an extension bit. Would...
