The Junktion — Attraction in Weatherford

It is frighteningly hard to write a review about a place that I am so adoringly fond of! Words seem so simple when trying to describe a place so fantastic! This is a little shop that has booths from different people. The ladies who run the shop are so friendly! They always strike up good conversation with me while I'm checking out. That's great for me because it keeps me occupied so I don't change my mind, decide to put something back, or feel guilty about getting something for myself😉 One of my favorite booths has warmers, melts, and neat little christian gift items. There is a booth with gorgeous wreaths! Guess what...you can also find Dixie Belle paint products here!!! Yay!!! Probably my favorite though is the porch out front and the garden out back. I always find the neatest junk stuff out there. You have to stop by here one day! So fun. While there, grab a Funky Monkey Shaved ice and walk around at the Farmers Market. Tell them I sent you, and give those sweet ladies big smiles for me! I just might...

I went to a Mother's Day event Saturday and The Junktion had a booth by the front door. Upon entering the event I spent a few minutes in the booth looking at the items and not a single person greeted me. The sales person(s) were not with other customers. I moved on. I stopped back by on my way out and looked around one more time. No one greeted me the second time. I asked who's booth it was, they said the junktion. I said I mean who works here. They had 4 people behind the counter and said we do. They never asked how can we help you, how are you, happy mothers day, nothing. I'm sure they are very nice people, but as a customer looking to purchase something they came across as very entitled and snobby. Such a shame, as I was looking forward to buying to something, but decided to give my money to the other businesses there who had more professional and kind customer...

Very cute products! However, upon checkout the associate was extremely unfriendly and made no conversation and overcharged me $140!!!!!! She then refunded the wrong amount because she still never announced the total of what she was doing. She was extremely unkind and unfriendly despite the fact that she was the one who made the mistake. If she had announced my total before swiping my card, I could have corrected her. At one point this person even snapped at me because she made an error... An extra $150 charge could have put some people in a really bad spot, there have been times in my life when I have been there! They should be more careful when swiping other people’s cards and certainly a little kindness and an apology goes a long way when you make a mistake. I really wanted to love this store but bad customer service is a huge...
