Kaitlyn did a good job on my hair ut. My color was very brassy in the back on the bottom so I went to show her and she wanted to charge me more to fix it. I had given her a 23 dollar tip the first time . I could not afford another 40-50 dollars. What happened to customer service. I guess I will have to find another hairdresser again. OMG! I missed my hair appointment in Las Vegas before needing to come to Ohio. My gray roots were a mess.
