I was shopping for a desk chair when I was treated very well by the folks working at this store. Matt and Mike went above and beyond to be helpful. However, be forewarned! these "nice folks" will try to sell you "insurance" on the items they sell! This insurance was supposed to be a "no hassle at all" insurance! Down the road the chair broke and I tried to file a claim on the "insurance" which is Asurion a part of Allstate insurance! That told me why I had to jump through hoops to file a claim which the manager assured me not to worry as no pics or returning of the chair will be necessary! First it was NUMEROUS PHOTOS of the chair from a big money camera I don't own. Then it was return the very large heavy chair to the store! Seeing that this was going to be more and more effort to not get a dime from an insurance Co VERY famous for not paying claims I paid a professional to repair the chair on my dime and just call what I paid for Insurance just money I was cheated out of! As he came over, it started printing again, but as he walked away after printing only 3 more copies, it quit again with a message "out of ink". I stopped him & told him. He turned to another employee who was already busy with someone else & told her the copier was out of toner, continued to walk away & then motioned to a lady who just came through the front door to come over, having her cut in front of me so he could help her. Getting no help, I just pushed the checkout button on the printer, but it didn't print my receipt. I turned and asked the guy if I could get a receipt & he replied, whenever he gets a chance while helping the lady he had cut in front of me. At this point I have already wasted more time than I had on an unmaintained machine & a lazy guy who didn't want to maintain it, so I told him I couldn't wait, was in a hurry and started leaving. (We were not told/ warned buying the product that it could not be returned). They were going to exchange it as ādamagedā and give him new one; but This is one the only headset they had there was no replacement. Really youāll take a product āback as damagedā and give us new one but you wonāt take a product that is damaged and give an 11 year old his money back. Very disappointing. We were told good luck with the product manufacturer thatās the only one heāll get his money back. Iāll will never buy anything here again. I can understand the no return policy but to be told theyāll take it back as an exchange because it broke and then tough luck because we donāt have the product is a slap in the face.
