The Niles Community — Local services in Niles

I recently moved into the Niles Community and have been extremely satisfied with my experience so far. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure all of my needs are met. The process was smooth and couldn't be easier since the staff explain every important detail and do majority of the work. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained, with modern amenities and a great layout. The grounds of the complex are well-kept and beautifully landscaped, making it a pleasure to come home to. Additionally, the location is perfect - close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, as well as easy access to major roads and highways within Niles. Overall, I highly recommend the Niles Community to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place...

Left everyone plowed into their cars with recent snow storms. Many of these apartments were sold as elderly living... They didn't even shovel anyone out. The snow from the plow in the parking lot packed up into ice behind the cars, and was between 12-36 inches... I shoveled my grandparents out, the building didn't have any ice melt down, two empty buckets by front door. the sidewalks weren't even clear.

Someone well off will be injured by these hazardous and irresponsible conditions, and they will file suit against the ownership, and they will win. It's only a matter of time. Management should appreciate this risk and mitigate...

We moved here 4 months ago. We absolutely love it! Management was very nice and worked with us on the move in date. We are newlyweds and when we got into our apartment management left us a small gift to congratulate us. That was very sweet. The apartments are very clean! It’s super peaceful and safe! No crazy neighbours. They have community rooms if you ever want to have an event. Every morning we have elderly people who get together and have coffee downstairs.
