I had high hopes for Pinot’s Palette in Webster, MO, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. To begin, the class started late, setting a disorganized tone for the entire evening. The instructor was unprofessional from the start—having food delivered just minutes before the class began at 7 PM. Even worse, the delivery man casually went behind the bar and put his feet up for about 30 minutes before leaving.

Throughout the session, the instructor made little effort to engage with participants. Instead of guiding us through the painting process, he stayed at the front, barely moving around to offer assistance. His go-to advice? “Do what you want—it’s your painting.” While artistic freedom is great, I expected some actual instruction, considering I paid $120 to bring my dad here for his 73rd birthday. Sadly, he couldn’t wait to leave.

The lack of professionalism extended to the end of the session—no class picture, no final words of encouragement, and not even basic instructions on how to care for our paintings. The class just ended, and that was it. No thank you, no acknowledgment of our time or money spent. I left feeling undervalued and disappointed.

This was my first time visiting downtown Webster, and unfortunately, Pinot’s Palette ensured it would be my last. I might consider returning if they completely overhaul their customer experience and show genuine appreciation for their paying guests. Until then, I...

We had a great time at Pinot's Palette. We showed up about 15 minutes early and when we first entered things were hectic. We didn't know where to sit, we didn't know who was in charge, we didn't know where to get refreshments or anything. It wasn't until we chose two random seats to sit at that we finally realized who was running the show and asked him where our assigned seats were. He kindly told us that the class size doubled a couple hours before the class and he was not prepared for it. But after creating a new work station for us we finally got situated. The class it started a couple minutes late, but after it started it went extremely smooth. The instructions were clear and the class that actually VERY enjoyable (this was my first time painting) and it turned out great! I would highly recommend going to Pinot's Palett, it was a fantastic time, with great...

Originally planning to only dine in Webster, we learned of Pinot’s across the street and booked a 2hr evening class from 7-9pm. The reservation proved easy to make online even only a few hours prior to the starting time. All materials are set up at an assigned seat together with your party before arrival, therefore you can focus on ordering/pouring up a beverage and adorning on a smock.

Hannah our instructor is a talented artist and great teacher; she encouraged and assisted the class as necessary, ensuring everyone left happy with their painting. You could sense a strong shared group environment during the class that created a fun evening for all. Enjoyed the outing and recommend to anyone interested in picking up a paint brush....
