We purchased appliances based upon our neighbor's reccomendation and knowing people employed by Lemcke. Even they were speechless regarding the poor customer service and quality of appliance we received. Lemcke sold us a dishwasher that has stopped working. (See other reviews related) Moreover, my wife spoke with them immediately after installation and said she suspected something was wrong. Afterwards, they told her they would replace it if it weren't remedied. Well, here we are a few months later and they offered my wife a new dishwasher for $700.00+! What a joke. I work in retail engaging 20,000+ customers weekly in Brentwood. I intend to inform anyone who wants good service and quality products to avoid this place at all costs. We were in the market for a second refrigerator, so we stopped by Lemcke Appliance in Webster Groves. We were looking specifically for a white GE. They had one in stock and gave me a good discounted price and we closed the deal in less than five minutes. They delivered in less than 24 hours. The delivery guys changed the direction of the door opening and leveled and adjusted everything, said thank you for your business and left. My experience with Lemcke could not have been better. Mark, you said you would replace the dishwasher December 2021. It was on back order. You said you'd reach out to me when it was available. As the owner, you did not stand by your word. You never called, you made promises you didn't live up to, and now it is "out of our hands." How disappointing! During our last phone conversation 3 months ago you said it was still on back order.
