This review is from the point of view of a member of an organization that has used this facility for a week's worth of events in the auditorium.
The first thing I have to mention off the top is the staff. Everyone We have dealt with there - everyone - has been not only welcoming and friendly, but extremely helpful in meeting our needs. If there has ever been a problem, which is rare, they have worked hard to find a way to solve it.
As someone with a background in audio and video production, I have been quite pleased with their technology. The audio system is up to date, and the crew always uses it to put out a quality product. Read moreThe Art Center had a temporary exhibit of artwork by members of the Eastern Band of Cherokees, and an adjacent exhibit featuring indigenous peoples' art from various tribes. While the displays were not particularly extensive, they were exhibited attractively with comprehensive notes of explanation. The personnel overseeing the exhibits were pleasant in the extreme and took their time to inform us about other museum options on campus. Parking can be a little tricky, but the excellence of the event makes a bit of minor inconvenience very...
