Starbucks — Restaurant in North Carolina

Hi! I know the student employees probably have a lot on their minds but in both locations on campus I have to ask constantly if they used the right alternative. Some o people on campus are lactose intolerant, vegan, whatever. It’s super important to double check and read what the cup says. Could be the difference between a good pick me up and a bad tummy ache during class! Thank you guys for putting the effort and making the drinks. This is a really nice location on campus! It’s big, so plenty of room and seating. I usually get tea, and this time I got a breakfast sandwich. The venti iced green tea was good but for some reason I can never get it sweet enough, even after asking for it to be extra sweet. I got the sausage, cheddar and egg sandwich which was also really good. The workers here are very nice and they do a lot, so I appreciate them so much! 5 star experience every time...

The barista taking my order was good, but the one who filled it, not so good. I spend too much at Starbucks to have someone be all grouchy when I politely ask for the drink to be made as I ordered it. No need to get all snappy; just say, "sure thing," even if you think I'm not right. That is part of working in food service; making things as ordered. I wasn't rude, but she sure was.
