On the upside,the people working there are nice. On the down side, they are slow. A few years ago, it was a decent operation, but they have new management and workers. In fact, they are the slowest fast food workers I have ever encountered anywhere. No matter the time of day or how many people are there, be it two or twelve, expect to wait at least 15 minutes. One morning, I waited 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and there was only two other people in the place. This means that no matter what you order, it's gonna be cold. Oh, and it will look nothing like the picture. Today I ordered an egg, cheese, bacon bagel and nothing about it was still hot. The cheese wasn't even melted. It was just room temperature and oily like cheese gets when it's been left out. What I'm saying is that someone needs to come in and manage this place to be what it used to be, which was functional and faster than it is now. I tried to call the number on the getapp to call the restaurant and let them know so I could get the right order but their restaurant is not an option on it. I tried calling the number listed when you look up the restaurant. It rings a few times and then a recording speaks to tell you the hours they are open and then it ends the call. Iām not in the mood to walk back when itās pouring rain outside for a meal only to have to wait for them again to make because I canāt contact them at all. I donāt understand what Iām paying a meal plan for thatās $1700 plus each semester if I canāt get the right customer service, the wrong orders and canāt even contact the restaurant to speak...

The place began to close so they ask where their food is, gaining the response of "it'll be ready momentarily. We have your ticket" so they wait another hour until the place closes. No word from the employees, and their ticket is sitting in the basket like it had already been given out. They never received their food and wasted their meal exchange for the day.
