I am loving my experience at The Exercise Coach in Wellesley! The facility is nicely maintained, sleek and clean. Glenn is a great trainer. He maintains an appropriate combination of friendliness and professionalism. He has a good knowledge of exercise science and often has great explanations about the nuances of the exercises. He is encouraging without being pushy and he sometimes adds interesting anecdotes that make the workout fly by. The quick 20 minute workout is extremely effective and is specifically tailored to my needs. Normally I am a tech-dummy but I enjoy the technology as it provides a focus point for each rep and before I know it the session is over! I leave the studio feeling like I worked my body hard but I am also energized to face the rest of the day. It is so unique in its approach using the personal metrics and the visual motivation of that green line, along with the personal coach, guiding, educating, and moving me steadily forward in my fitness goals. I have tried and seen just about everything and now as a senior and a former athlete I am trying to pay careful attention to my fitness level. We both feel so much stronger and healthier. Korbin and Erin are great trainers and work one on one with us. Before I started going to the Coach I was pretty lethargic and I suffered daily from back and hip pain. After the strength training, especially with my core, I do not feel any back or hip pain.
