For the love of me I really don't understand why there were so many one star reviews. If I had to take a wild guess it's probably because of some young punk kids going in acting scratchy and when asked if they needed help got really defensive and weird then things escalated from there . My experience bare in mind I'm in no way rich shoot I'm lucky if I hit 500000 a year. And not do I dress prude either with that said I walked in and was hesitant because of the reviews, Let me tell you this I'm glad I ignored the stupid one star reviews. This place is a gem . And coming from NY to visit while dealing with a sick dog that's at the local vet . I just needed to kill time and get my mind of stuff . And these two lovely ladies mother and daughter from what I could gather were so sweet and enduring and were happy to chat with answer questions. And even told us to call and leave a message about how are dog was and to even message through Facebook to talk about how our dog was. That simple act of kindness really brightened our day. I'm so glad we came in and most certainly will be back this time with a mission to shop mostly here. Thank you for your excellent customer service. To the young punks if you go in looking for trouble your going to find anywhere. Shape up or you will find yourself in a place mommy and daddy can't get you out of . These are great people. Talk to them get to know them it's amazing what a simple conversation could lead too. See...

The ladies have always been so kind and helpful every time I go. I don't understand the reviews saying they are hateful and homophobic 😂. They aren't. I've known them for years. People saying it simply don't like that they support president Trump. The first day I was in town looking around as a tourist before actually moving in to my house from out of state I went into their store and we became instant friends. I'm a Latina and they've always accepted me. And the reviews saying it's wish app stuff, grow up. Some of this stuff is obviously from online and not handmade and if you can't see that than I'm sorry that's a you problem. Of course it's going to cost more than online because they had to pay for shipping and extra costs just to get these items in. But there's blatantly stuff that's handmade. I literally make handmade copper jewelry and have some of my jewelry in the store. And I know some of the other artists who make other things for them too like soaps and jewelry and quilts and decor. They've also been robbed by tourists and teens going in so I don't blame them for how they've had to change their methods over the years to keep their store safe. This place is a gem and the ladies are some of the sweetest people I've met...

My experience was not pleasant and really upsetting. My brother and I walked in and instantly were being stared at by this blonde worker but I figured it might be her noting that the two books he brought in from another store (with no bag just tightly in his hands) was with him when he walked in. Anyway we walked around and she was up our butts watching us like a hawk, my brother and I were having a conversation while looking at earrings and she swiftly and aggressively slid the clothing on the wrack to the side and poked her head through to see what we're doing which I'm assuming she was trying to have a "gotcha" moment because apparently siblings can't just stand and have a conversation. After that she asked us if we needed anything to try and play it off. Then we walked around and she continued to follow us so I told my brother I needed to get out because I'm not dealing with this and as we left she asked to search my brother's books...his two visibly flat books. Anyway she searched them and of course found nothing. I get that they've had issues with people stealing but it makes people not want to give any business when they can't even breathe...
