We chose Flooring Correct to install LVP throughout our main floor and in the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs as well. After the flooring installation had begun, we ended up having them install new painted baseboards on both the main floor and upper floor. It was an incredibly expensive project, but we had shopped around and were happy with the product we chose and the price of the flooring. The first week and a half of installation went very well. It wasn’t until the baseboard installers arrived that things changed very quickly. We were insulted by 2 members of this team. What was equally disturbing was the hatred/anger/contempt that these men displayed towards the members of the flooring installation team (who were still working in our home at the time). They were not shy about showing us and telling us how they felt. One of these men tried to convince me that he was a Christian. God does not instill hatred within us nor does he teach us to be arrogant. Only Satan does these things. God does not teach us to treat others, the way these men treated us and their fellow employees. The members of the flooring team were friendly, polite and easygoing. They would come to us and ask us which room or rooms we wanted done next. They went out of their way to make us happy. One time I had forgotten to remove some candles and other items from a piece of furniture. They carefully moved the items without damaging them, moved the furniture and went on with their work. They could have come to us and asked us to move these things, after all it was our responsibility. We were treated with great respect. If the owner/owners of this company genuinely cared about all of their employees they would not force these three men to work side-by-side with arrogant men who act as if they hate them. They would hire people with integrity who choose to treat others with respect. How did the owner respond when we reported how we were treated and the unprofessional behavior we were subjected to?
