Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Wentzville

Came here after work ordered a combo 10 piece traditional wings with a side which i chose cheese curds half mild half mango habanero. I usually order through the app but it was close to closing time so I had to go inside to order. Placed my order was told it would be about 10 minutes, went to the restroom and when I came out the cashier told me my food was ready. I thought wow that was a little too fast but I went ahead and took the order that they seemed to be rushing to give to me to get out of the restaurant (mind you they have people who were dining inside still so they shouldn’t have been in that much of a rush to get me out of there). When I got home and took that first bite into the wing it tasted and smelled spoiled. I called the location and was told that this was the first they had heard of anything like that all night but they would give me a $25 credit. I told them I would take it but still felt this was done to me on purpose. I threw the whole 9 wings in the trash but later on started to have a stomach ache and diarrhea which further proves that the wings were in fact spoiled. As I stated earlier I’ve never placed a carry out order inside the restaurant only via the app (meaning they never saw me or what I looked like prior to any of my orders). I felt this was an idgaf attitude towards me because I’m black and I stand on that. I go thee all the time and typically it’s okay. Service is never great even when they aren’t busy but I go there to eat and be out generally and get a drink every now and again. This past time that I went a few weeks ago I was attempting to order a beer. I look extremely young to be 21 already so I completely understand asking for ID. I work in restaurant biz so I understand. However, the waitress needed to take it to the back because she said it was vertical and not horizontal. Which to me was weird- it’s a real ID and is vertical bc I last had it renewed before I turned 21. So whatever- never had them do this last few times I ordered drinks but whatever right. Then the “manager” comes out and says he can not accept my id. I look confused bc ITS LITERALLY A REAL ID star and everything. Donor sticker and everything. Year I turned 21 on there and everything. I ask why? He says “bc it’s damaged”. Huh? Damaged?! It has a slight dent on a portion of it… and when I mean slight I mean barely freaking noticeable. I said, that makes no sense. My card has been scanned and ITS REAL. Absolutely was being rude about it to. I wasn’t rude but confused. It irritating when you’ve used your LITERAL ID and now all of a sudden they can’t accept it. Absolutely blew my mind but I will no longer be going back after this. I’ve come to this location a few times and have not been impressed. This time I came in for the bottomless apps. Of the 5 they tell me they are out of 2/5 so my only options are chips and queso, salsa, and fried pickles. No mozzarella sticks, and no onion rings. Obviously we’re not happy about that so we asked about pricing from the app and are told that those are online exclusives. No attempt was made to give any concessions about the appetizers. So we ordered the apps and ordered wings online and picked them up and brought them to our table. Our server went and told her manager and the manager came over and instead of apologizing about the appetizer or trying to offer anything to make it right he tells us your not really supposed to order online and eat it in store. He tells us we can stay and eat our food. The server was visibly annoyed and her attitude definitely showed through as she was not friendly at all the rest of the time and after bringing us one round of chips and queso and one order of fried pickles and brought our checks over and didn’t come back at all. Drive the 10 minutes and go to O Fallon.
